经查：死者张会清，女，汉族，1963年X月XX日出生，家住太师屯镇东田各庄村路东XX号，身份证号：XXX。2011年9月16日8时许，张会清对朱纪明称要到太师屯镇东田各庄村程家山厂果园去干活，随后她骑自行车离开家。9时20分许，朱纪明在密云县太师屯镇东田各庄村西南侧101国道路上发现她媳妇张会清的尸体。张会清尸体头朝西脚朝东，头部周围地上有大片血迹，并发现后脑发现一条10多公分长的锐器伤。随后朱纪明沿着血迹在尸体东侧约40米的程家山场果园内发现张会清的自行车，自行车边上有大片血迹。
根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十六条之规定，此案符合立案条件，拟立为故意杀人案件侦查。并从以下几方面开展工作：

9.16杀人案破案报告
一、案件来源
2011年9月16日9时30许，朱纪明打110电话报案称： 9月16日8时许，他妻子张会清骑自行车离开家到东田各庄村他家果园去干活。9时20分许，朱纪明在密云县太师屯镇东田各庄村西南侧101国道路上，发现他妻子张会清的尸体。张会清尸体头朝西脚朝东，头部周围地上有大片血迹。她的后脑发现一条10多公分长的锐器伤。随后朱纪明沿着血迹在尸体东侧约40米的果园内发现张会清的自行车。自行车边上有大片血迹。
二、被害人情况
被害人张会清，女，1963年X月XX日出生，汉族，身份证号：XXX，家住密云县太师屯镇东田各庄村路东XX号，农民。
张会清丈夫：朱纪明，男，1963年XX月XX日出生，汉族，身份证号：XXX，家住密云县太师屯镇东田各庄村路东XX号，农民。
张会清女儿：朱一美，女，1988年X月XX日出生，汉族，身份证号：XXX，家住密云县太师屯镇东田各庄村路东XX号，学生。
三、侦破经过
此案件发生后，我队及时走访排查。经走访被害人的丈夫朱纪明得知，被害人张会清9月16日8时左右离开家，称去太师屯镇东田各庄村程家山场果园看看。随后张会清骑自行车离开家。9时20分许，朱纪明在密云县太师屯镇东田各庄村西南侧101国道路上，发现他妻子张会清的尸体。张会清尸体头朝西脚朝东，头部周围地上有大片血迹。她的后脑发现一条10多公分长的锐器伤。随后朱纪明沿着血迹在尸体东侧约40米的程家山场果园内，发现张会清的自行车，自行车边上有大片血迹。随后朱纪明提供一条重要线索，因程家山场果园归属的问题，他与同村的张福生结怨很深。并且发生过几次冲突，最终张福生因果园归属问题将他告上法院，经过法院审理最终张福生败诉。但法院判决后张福生还总去山场果园那里干活及收果。我队侦查员得知这一重要线索后，立即组织人员到密云县太师屯镇东田各庄村进行走访调查，并调取此案法院判决书。经走访调查得知，密云县太师屯镇东田各庄村程家山厂果园一片为1993年朱纪明抓阄得到。但因为当时朱纪明无能力管理，他与生产队协商后决定临时转让与本村张福生管理。并且当时生产队出具协议一份，15年（2008年）合同期满后，朱纪明对于程家山场的承包有优先权。但2008年至今张福生一直管理着程家山场果园，因此他与朱纪明一家多次发生冲突。我队侦查员经了解这一情况后，确定张福生有重大作案嫌疑，并立即开展工作。2011年9月16日10时20分许，张福生到密云县公安局治安大队投案自首。随后我对侦查员将张福生传唤至密云县公安局刑侦大队接受讯问。

五、审查情况
经讯问：张福生交代在9月16日8时50分许，他与张会清在东田各庄村程家果园因捡栗子发生口角后，用斧子砍张会清的肩部两下，头部一下，将张会清杀害。他对作案后将斧子扔在路边灌木丛中的犯罪事实，供认不讳。随后我队侦查员立即赶赴现场，找到作案工具斧子。
至此，张会清被杀案告破。

Zhang Huiqing’s body was facing west and feet facing east. There were large bloodstains on the ground around the head, and a sharp wound more than 10 centimeters long was found on the back of the head. Then Zhu Jiming found Zhang Huiqing’s bicycle in the orchard of Chengjiashan Farm, about 40 meters east of the corpse, along the bloodstains. There were large bloodstains on the side of the bicycle.

Third, the detection process
After this case happened, our team visited and investigated in time. After interviewing the victim’s husband, Zhu Jiming, it was learned that the victim Zhang Huiqing left home around 8:00 on September 16, claiming to visit the orchard in Chengjia Mountain Farm, Dongtian Gezhuang Village, Taishitun Town. Then Zhang Huiqing left home by bicycle. At about 9:20, Zhu Jiming found the body of his wife Zhang Huiqing on the 101 country road southwest of Dongtian Gezhuang Village, Taishitun Town, Miyun County. Zhang Huiqing’s body was facing west and east, and there were large bloodstains on the ground around his head. A sharp wound more than 10 centimeters long was found on the back of her head. Then Zhu Jiming found Zhang Huiqing’s bicycle in the orchard of Chengjiashan Farm about 40 meters east of the corpse along the bloodstains, and there was a large bloodstain on the side of the bicycle. Then Zhu Jiming provided an important clue. Because of the ownership of the orchard in Chengjiashan Farm, he had a deep grudge with Zhang Fusheng from the same village. After the investigators of our team learned of this important clue, they immediately organized personnel to visit and investigate Dongtian Gezhuang Village, Taishitun Town, Miyun County, and retrieved the court judgment on this case. According to the interview and investigation, the orchard of Chengjiashan Factory in Dongtian Gezhuang Village, Taishitun Town, Miyun County was obtained by Zhu Jiming in 1993 by drawing lots. But because Zhu Jiming was incapable of management at that time, he decided to temporarily transfer the management to Zhang Fusheng of his village after negotiating with the production team. And the production team issued an agreement at that time, and after the 15-year (2008) contract expires, Zhu Jiming has the priority to contract the Chengjiashan Farm. However, since 2008, Zhang Fusheng has been managing the orchard of Chengjiashan Farm, so he and Zhu Jiming’s family have had many conflicts. After understanding the situation, the investigators of our team determined that Zhang Fusheng was suspected of committing a major crime, and started work immediately. At about 10:20 on September 16, 2011, Zhang Fusheng surrendered himself to the Security Brigade of the Miyun County Public Security Bureau. Then I summoned Zhang Fusheng to the criminal investigation unit of the Miyun County Public Security Bureau for interrogation.

V. Review
After interrogation: Zhang Fusheng confessed that at about 8:50 on September 16, after he and Zhang Huiqing had an argument over picking up chestnuts in the orchard of Chengjia in Dongtian Gezhuang Village, he chopped Zhang Huiqing’s shoulders twice with an ax and his head once. kill. He confessed to the crime of throwing the ax in the bushes by the side of the road after committing the crime. Then the investigators of our team rushed to the scene immediately and found the ax as the tool of crime.
So far, Zhang Huiqing’s murder case has been solved.
