大家好，2月25日，中共新华社推出并被广泛转载的一则新闻，大有坐实习近平丧失大权的意思。
这篇被刊登在网页重要位置的新闻主要说的是，习近平《关于党的建设的重要思想概论》出版座谈会于2月24日在京召开，而举办单位居然是中共中组部下属的社团组织“全国党建研究会”，中共中央和国家机关有关部门、各省区市和新疆生产建设兵团党建研究会（学会），部分中管企业、高校有关负责人等参加。从报导没有提及任何一名高官、尤其是中共政治局委员出席，座谈会的规格明显降低。
这里面两层意思，首先，习近平规格被降低了，这种座谈会，应该是中宣部长出席，但是李书磊没有出席。要么是李书磊跳船了，要么李书磊出事了，不让他参加。可能暂时没有抓李书磊，暂时限制了李书磊的活动。如果将来李书磊抓了，复盘的话，就说明他很早已经在被调查了。如果李书磊没有被抓，那再单说。另外党建研究会是习近平的嫡系。也可以说两句。

全国党建研究会由中央纪委、中央组织部、中央宣传部、中央政策研究室、中央党校发起，于1991年初筹备，1991年8月1日经民政部批准注册登记为法人单位，1992年1月13日至18日在北京召开第一次会员大会宣布正式成立。会上通过了《全国党的建设研究会章程》，选举了全国党的建设研究会第一届理事会领导机构成员。 时任中央党校常务副校长薛驹同志任会长，经民政部登记注册为本会第一任法人代表。 业务主管部门是中央党校，办事机构设在中央党校党建教研部。
党建研究会，薛驹和张全景都是习近平派系的人。齐玉，中共中央组织部《党建研究》杂志社副处级干部、组长、编辑室主任、副主编、主编等职务。2004年至2007年11月，任中央组织部党建研究所所长。
李书磊，1993年5月 – 1996年4月，29岁的李书磊任中央党校文史教研部语文教研室主任（其间：1994年9月 – 1995年7月中央党校一年制中青年干部培训班学习）。
李小新，2002年10月，到中组部工作，历任中共中央组织部干部一局青年干部处处长、党建研究所副主编、组织局副局长、组织二局局长、组织一局局长、部务委员（副部长级）。我们看，李书磊就是出身党建研究会的。当然光看李书磊的简历是看不出来的。 现在李书磊不出现弄了一个替身。要么是习近平被降低规格了，要么是李书磊出事了。
