清远市“6.19系列伤害勒索案”项目进展情况

8月22日，我“6.19清远项目工作组”在工作中获悉，一持15917607685号码的机主（清远英德市桥头人）联系持13928399837号码的机主（钟幸真），称其手中没有“枪”了，已经停工，要求13928399837号码的机主（钟幸真）赶快帮其寻找枪手，找到枪手后他们四个人就上江西省南昌市作案。
经查，持13928399837号码的机主（钟幸真, 绰号“独眼龙”）即为在2012年8月7日将朱金鉴作为枪手贩卖给罗社锦等人的犯罪嫌疑人（详见专报3）。据罗社锦等人供述，13928399837号码的机主（钟幸真）长期在东莞市、博罗活动，专门从事贩卖青少年的违法行为。
钟幸真的身份证号码：，户籍地址：广东省博罗县郭前小组X号。
我市6.19项目工作组特将此情况上报，希望省厅协调打击。

On August 22, my “6.19 Qingyuan Project Working Group” learned during my work that the owner of the phone with the number 15917607685 (from Qiaotou, Yingde City, Qingyuan) contacted the owner of the phone with the number 13928399837 (Zhong Xingzhen), saying that he did not have ” “Gun”, has stopped working, asked the owner of the 13928399837 number (Zhong Xingzhen) to quickly help him find the gunman, and after finding the gunman, the four of them went to Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province to commit crimes.
After investigation, the owner of the phone with the number 13928399837 (Zhong Xingzhen, nicknamed “One-Eyed Dragon”) was the criminal suspect who sold Zhu Jinjian as a gunman to Luo Shejin and others on August 7, 2012 (see Special Report 3 for details). According to the confession of Luo Shejin and others, the owner of the number 13928399837 (Zhong Xingzhen) has been active in Dongguan City and Boluo for a long time, specializing in illegal activities of trafficking young people.

The city’s 6.19 project working group specially reported this situation, hoping that the provincial department will coordinate the crackdown.
