接替习近平的人有可能是江泽民政治集团的人，有可能是胡锦涛政治集团的人。接替习近平的人，就是袁家军。袁家军其实比胡春华还大一岁。但是胡春华退就已经退了。胡春华毕竟是胡锦涛的干儿子不是亲儿子。袁家军是和胡锦涛亲儿子胡海峰有交集的官员。而且袁家军和胡海峰之间的关系没有那么简单。

2000年11月17日，第十一届“中国十大杰出青年”评审会在京召开。巴音朝鲁同志主持了评审会。全国35家推报单位推报的53名候选人，经评委投票产生了今年的“中国十大杰出青年”称号获得者。他们是（按姓氏笔画排序）：于果、乌日更达赖、白岩松、龙新平、伏明霞、许京军、李大有、南存辉、袁家军、曹雪涛。首先巴音朝鲁是不是就是团派，传统说法是团派。如果我们认同这个说法，巴音朝鲁主持评审会，是不是就是巴音朝鲁定下来的。这个十大杰出青年不可能都是巴音朝鲁一个人定的。

2011年5月30日，中国科协第八次全国代表大会上，49岁的袁家军任中国科协副主席。当时的科协主席是韩启德（2006年 – 2016年），党组书记是陈希（2011年4月 – 2013年4月）。韩启德我不知道是什么派系的，但是陈希肯定是习近平铁杆马仔。那是不是说明袁家军就是习近平的人。这不是陈希吗？陈希这个党组书记就算不能任命副主席，那也帮忙啊。
2006年5月，中国科学技术协会第七届全国代表大会召开，44岁的袁家军任为副主席。当时的科协主席是韩启德（2006年 – 2016年），党组书记是邓楠（2006年5月 – 2011年4月）。也就是说，袁家军第八届科协只是连任，相当于平调，没有被提拔。所以跟习近平的马仔陈希没有关系。反而是邓小平女儿邓楠，背书了袁家军很可能是邓小平派系的。也就是说在科协这里，陈希不但没有办法证明袁家军可能是习近平派系的。反而是邓楠的说服力更大。很有可能是邓小平的女儿邓楠帮忙袁家军当上科协副主席。跟陈希没关系。这里不但没有疑点反而把袁家军洗白了。
然后袁家军去宁夏了。后来的宁夏党委书记石泰峰是胡锦涛亲自背书。石泰峰的大秘赵永清是贺国强的秘书曹学成提拔的。贺国强把赵永清从山东一个副县长，调到宁夏直接提拔成副厅长。副处级直接提拔副局级。当然石泰峰和袁家军在宁夏并没有什么交集。
但是石泰峰的大秘赵永清和袁家军有交集。袁家军在宁夏的关系，还需要再深入挖一下。已经多少能看出来有胡锦涛的因素。
然后袁家军去浙江了，袁家军的疑点就在这里。袁家军当时的大秘是浙江省政府副秘书长夏海伟。夏海伟先后担任龚正，浙江省副省长孙景淼和袁家军的大秘。龚正是习近平的人。这里是一个疑点。
袁家军担任浙江省长期间的大秘陈新，网传是曾庆红的秘书，但是并没有任何证据。陈新曾经是中央办公厅的副局级正局级秘书。从时间线上说，陈新可能是曾庆红的秘书也可能是胡锦涛的秘书。如果陈新是胡锦涛的秘书，就是强力背书了袁家军。
袁家军在重庆使用了三个大秘，其中第三个大秘刘尚进是李克强的人。刘尚进是河南出来的官员。李克强的马仔连维良提拔的刘尚进。李克强本人曾经担任过河南省长，河南省委书记。李克强在河南有马仔不奇怪。

2020年8月12日，公示张赟现任中共浙江省委督查室主任，拟任省直单位副厅领导职务。当时的浙江省委书记是车俊(2017年4月 – 2020年8月31日)，袁家军(2020年8月31日 – 2022年12月)。张赟后来提拔为浙江省委办公厅副主任，曾经陪同袁家军考察杭州地铁控制中心。张赟提拔的省委办公厅副主任虽然都是的浙江省委书记还不是袁家军但是没有几天袁家军就从省长升任省委书记了。
袁家军以省长的身份提拔的张赟，但是肯定已经内定袁家军要省长升任省委书记了。才提拔张赟的。张赟后来不是跟胡海峰搭档那么简单，张赟担任丽水市委副书记兼任政法委书记管刀把子，那实际上就是胡海峰的大保镖啊。
