新加坡联合早报采访下任总书记袁家军，在背书？习近平待遇减配。许达哲缺席二会，和蒋超良李微微涉及同一案件，还有龚文密和邓立佳，剑指唱红打黑总后台
据中国官媒报导，3月5日下午，习近平按照惯例参加了他所在的十四届全国人大三次会议江苏代表团审议。陪同高官有中共中央政治局常委、中央办公厅主任蔡奇和全国政协副主席、中央全面深化改革委员会办公室分管日常工作的副主任穆虹。这样的配置显然与过去两年不同，这就是减配版。
在2024年3月习近平参加江苏代表团审议时，陪同的高官除了蔡奇和穆虹外，还有另一个中共政协副主席、中组部副部长姜信治。
在2023年3月习近平参加江苏代表团审议时，陪同的高官竟然是两个政治局常委蔡奇、丁薛祥，以及依旧是中共政协副主席、但在两会后成为中共副总理的何立峰。
然而，在2022年和2021年3月习近平参加内蒙古代表团审议时，陪同的高官有时任中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中央办公厅主任的丁薛祥与时任中共全国政协副主席、国家发改委主任的何立峰。
再看习近平第一任期时2017年3月参加上海代表团审议时，陪同的高官是时任中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中央办公厅主任的栗战书和时任中央政治局委员、中央政策研究室主任的王沪宁以及一名中共全国政协副主席。
如果回看胡锦涛时期，其参加所在代表团审议时的陪同高官，通常是一名政治局委员和一名政协副主席。如在2012年3月胡锦涛参加江苏代表团讨论时，陪同的高官是时任中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中央组织部部长的李源潮与中共政协副主席万钢。
因此至少在胡温时期和习近平前两个任期，中共党魁在人大会议参加其所在代表团审议时，陪同高官基本是一名身兼中央书记处书记的中央政治局委员以及一名中共政协副主席，但没有政治局常委陪同。
不过，在2022年中共二十大，习近平公开将胡锦涛架出会场，将自己的马仔蔡奇、丁薛祥火速提升为政治局常委、政治局基本换上自己的人马后，习近平的权力似乎达到了顶峰。为了彰显自己的权势，在2023年「二会」习近平参加所在代表团审议时，同时带了蔡奇、丁薛祥两个常委，再一次打破了中共的惯例。
当时有分析认为，这是因为习近平觉得现在的自己与过去不一样了，过去如果政治局常委都下团组，就说明他们几个人是平起平坐。而习近平下团组的时候有两个政治局常委跟著，那显然是他的规格要和一般的常委有所区别，凸显其政治地位。
不知是否这一举动引发了中共内部的不满，到了2024年，习近平的小跟班只剩下了亲信蔡奇，然而却增加了一个政协副主席，即由一个亲信常委、两个政协副主席下团。这样一来，形式上看似增加了人手，实则依旧在为习近平的高人一等做铺垫。
更让人捧腹的是，今年的「二会」上，习近平同行的高官又变成了一个政协副主席和蔡奇。这一变动难道完全是习近平的心甘情愿吗？又能说明什么呢？
自从去年7月的中共三中全会传出习中风的消息后，习近平权力被削弱的传闻以及中共内部异动便屡见不鲜。尤其是2月下旬，有重磅消息曝出习近平已经彻底失权、只待宣布退位，这更是印证了习近平的真实地位绝非中共连篇累牍的洗脑宣传的那样光鲜。
不久后，中共新华社在2月25日推出的一则关于习近平的《关于党的建设的重要思想概论》出版座谈会的新闻，显示该座谈会规格大幅下降，不是由以往的由中共中宣部主办，而是由中共中组部下属的社团组织「全国党建研究会」举办。这个党建研究会是习近平的派系，外交部党组书记齐玉和中宣部长李书磊，就是出身党建研究会的官员，都是习近平的人。看样子，习近平遇难了，党建研究会出来衷心护主啊。不仅如此，座谈会也没有任何政治局委员或正部级高官出席，座谈会的规格明显降低。这一切都揭示了习近平的尴尬境地。
因此，我们不能只看中共的表面宣传。当前的局势显示，在国内外压力下，试图避免剧烈动荡的幕后操盘的中共元老，一方面依然通过中共宣传洗脑系统继续维持对习近平的宣传；另一方面会在细节上降调，比如这次陪同习近平下团的高官减少，应该也是个信号。由此可见习近平即便下台了，胡温玩得也是黑箱政治。
这样的局面显然难以持久。如果在「二会」上中共没有什么动作，那么迟迟未开的四中全会很可能会给出一个不太美好的结局。
联合早报上有一篇文章，叫做袁家军的坦率。中国全国人大会议开幕次日，多个地方代表团星期四（3月6日）打开大门，让媒体旁听代表们讨论，西部直辖市重庆的开放活动吸引近180名中外记者旁听。
现场的媒体提问环节安排得很谨慎，没有开放临时发问，但身为中共政治局委员的重庆市委书记袁家军，在这场交流中还是展现出松弛、坦诚的一面。
他回答了四道问题，谈到智能网联新能源汽车及重庆和新加坡的合作时，能以流利英语交流的袁家军小“秀”了两次英语。谈到美国洛杉矶山火，袁家军没有借此强调重庆的优越。袁家军现在的身份，不会太引起人们的关注，如果袁家军在四中全会上接任习近平担任总书记。那么袁家军现在的表现肯定会被翻出来的。袁家军这次小秀了两次英语的影片。我并没有看到。
因为新加坡联合早报是和中共关系比较密切的媒体。他们最后说这两句，袁家军技术官僚出身，偶尔见到一位能面对某提坦率直言的官员，让人眼前一亮。是不是联合早报在背书袁家军我就不知道。但是袁家军肯定和一般的官员不一样，一般的官员还敢小秀英文呢。
我们看一下许达哲，1995年1月，39岁的许达哲任航天一院副院长（正厅级）。我们看着时候许达哲已经39岁了，他已经认识了能让升任正部级的人。关键这个人是谁。
我们就按照时间线，许达哲1995年当副院长，之前就是这个院长沈辛荪，顺藤摸瓜，一会儿就把他们全家桶挖出来了。

2002年4月，39岁的杨光荣任中共长沙市天心区区委书记。当时的长沙市委书记是梅克保 (2001年8月 – 2006年11月)，就这一句话，把朱镕基习近平的全家桶全部兜出来。

Since the news of Xi’s stroke at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in July last year, rumors of Xi Jinping’s weakened power and changes within the CCP have been common. Such a situation is obviously difficult to sustain. If the CPC does not take any action at the “Second Session”, the delayed Fourth Plenary Session is likely to give a not-so-good ending.
