“7.04”北京朝阳区崔各庄无名尸破案报告
2011年7月4日10时许我队接指挥室布警：在北京市朝阳区崔各庄乡奶东村京承高速吉祥寺桥北绿化带东侧树林内发现一具女尸。接报后，刑侦总队副总队长张利民、支队长赵斌、朝阳分局副局长杨建国、刑侦支队支副支队长王东带领重案四队、技术队汇同刑总一、七支队、八大队迅速赶赴现场开展工作。
- 发案情况
2011年7月4日9时许，李华（男，64岁，北京人，155105）拨打110报警称：在崔各庄乡奶东村京承高速吉祥寺桥北绿化带东侧树林内发现一具女尸，头南脚北，仰卧在地上。
二、现场勘查情况

经勘查，现场位于朝阳区崔各庄乡奶东村京承高速吉祥寺桥北绿化带东侧树林内。尸体距离南侧道路约80米，头南脚北仰卧状，双腿分开，左腿弯曲立在地面，全身赤裸。现场尸体下为一陈旧树坑，自然形成，现场周围无搏斗痕迹。颈部有网线缠绕，该网线无外皮，只有内芯，颜色杂乱，网线打结的地方缠绕一根树棍。
（二）法医尸检情况
尸体全身赤裸，头南脚北仰卧位，双腿屈曲，左腿曲立在地面，死者蓄长发，约50厘米，发色偏红，身高约156厘米，年龄在19岁左右，正负两岁，左门牙向里歪。死亡时间应在一周以内，四五天可能性更大。身上无明显抵抗伤，无明显皮下出血，右手小指及无名指涂有浅红色指甲油。胃内容为空，应在饭后5、6个小时以上遇害。
三、现场访问情况
据报警人李华（男，64岁，XXX，户籍地：北京市朝阳区崔各庄乡XXX）反映：2011年7月4日9时许，其与钱占海（男，65岁，XXX，户籍地：北京市朝阳区崔各庄乡XXX）在此遛鸟时，为清理地上大便，从树林内拿出之前放在此处的铁锹，并闻到一股腐臭味，当清理完往回放铁锹时，发现树林里有一团黑色毛发，开始以为是死狗，后来发现是死人，头南脚北，仰卧在地上，左脚弯曲，右脚搭在旁边的坑里，于是立即拨打110报警。另反映7月3日下午来时就闻见了臭味，当时在场的还有钱占海和张俊江。后经走访钱占海及张俊江均能证实李华所说属实。
- 查找尸源情况
案发后，我队立即根据死者特征查找6月1日至7月4日的走失人员及疑似被侵害人员信息，未能发现死者身份。2011年7月6日12时许，专案组接到姜兵兵（男，21岁，XXX，户籍地：贵州省黔西县XXX，电话：15911142820）报案称：其女友毕茜茜走失，走失人员与死者特征基本相符。姜兵兵反映其与女友于一年前在网上认识，2011年5月毕茜茜来北京投靠姜兵兵，大约半个月前得知女友从事卖淫工作。2011年6月30日晚其因琐事与女友毕茜茜吵架外出，次日中午回来后发现女友不见。后经指纹对比证实毕茜茜正是本案死者。
五、死者基本情况
毕茜茜，女，17岁，身份证：XXX，户籍地：贵州市遵义县XXX，卖淫女。
六、破案经过
通过观看监控录像发现7月1日凌晨02:36一男子骑着电动自行车男子后座驮着人形包裹，由西向东方向骑去，02：44由东向西返回，后座包裹消失。并通过监控沿路追踪到嫌疑人暂住地，经走访得知该人名叫梁正军，后经工作，我队侦查员于2011年7月7日17时许在河南省光山县寨河镇王畈村陈湾村民组将梁正军抓获。

梁正军，男，42岁，XXX，户籍地：河南省光山县XXX，个体装修。
- 犯罪嫌疑人供述
梁正军供述称：2011年7月1日零时许，其在奶西村街里溜达时碰见死者，由于其之前去小发廊找小姐时见过死者，知道死者是卖淫女，于是与死者商量好价钱，一起回到梁正军暂住地进行性交易。在性交易过程中，死者因到时间了起身要走，梁正军还未射精，不让事主离开，于是两人发生争执，梁正军拿起一条床单勒住死者颈部，并隔着床单用手掐死者，死者不动后，其趴在死者身上再次与其发生性行为，之后解开床单并从工具架上找出两根已剥了外皮的网线缠绕在死者颈部。大约2时许，其用两个50公斤的米袋将尸体包裹并用网线固定后，用电动自行车运到京承高速东侧绿化带附近，将尸体从编织袋内拽出扔在树林内，并从旁边的树上折下两三根树枝盖在尸体上。抛尸后，其将并将编织袋和网线扔在京承高速桥洞下的路边，将死者衣物、勒死者的床单及其抛尸时穿的衣服丢弃在奶西村一垃圾堆内。

After investigation, the site is located in the woods on the east side of the green belt north of Jixiangsi Bridge on Jingcheng Expressway, Cuigezhuang Township, Chaoyang District. The corpse was about 80 meters away from the road on the south side, lying on its back with its head south and feet north, its legs separated, its left leg bent and standing on the ground, and its whole body was naked. Under the corpse at the scene was an old tree pit, which was formed naturally, and there were no signs of fighting around the scene. There is a network cable winding around the neck. The network cable has no outer skin, only an inner core, the colors are messy, and a tree stick is wrapped around the knotted part of the network cable.
(2) Forensic autopsy
The corpse was completely naked, lying supine with head south and feet north, legs bent, and left leg bent and standing on the ground. The deceased had long hair, about 50 centimeters, reddish in color, about 156 centimeters tall, about 19 years old, plus or minus two Aged, left front tooth crooked inward. The time of death should be within a week, four or five days is more likely. There is no obvious resistance injury on the body, no obvious subcutaneous bleeding, and the little finger and ring finger of the right hand are painted with light red nail polish. If the stomach content is empty, it should be killed more than 5 or 6 hours after the meal.

When playing back the shovel, I found a mass of black hair in the woods. At first I thought it was a dead dog, but later I found that it was a dead man, with his head south and feet north, lying on his back on the ground, his left foot bent, and his right foot resting in the pit next to him, so he immediately called 110 to call the police . He also reported that he had smelled a bad smell when he arrived in the afternoon of July 3rd. Qian Zhanhai and Zhang Junjiang were also present at the time. Later interviews with Qian Zhanhai and Zhang Junjiang confirmed that what Li Hua said was true.
Find the source of the corpse
After the incident, our team immediately searched for information on the missing persons and persons suspected of being violated from June 1 to July 4 based on the characteristics of the deceased, but failed to find the identity of the deceased. At 12:00 on July 6, 2011, the task force received a report from Jiang Bingbing (male, 21 years old, XXX, domicile: XXX, Qianxi County, Guizhou Province, Tel: 15911142820) that his girlfriend, Bi Xixi, was missing. The characteristics of the personnel and the deceased are basically consistent. Jiang Bingbing reported that he and his girlfriend met on the Internet a year ago. In May 2011, Bi Qianxi came to Beijing to join Jiang Bingbing. About half a month ago, he learned that his girlfriend was engaged in prostitution. On the evening of June 30, 2011, he quarreled with his girlfriend Bi Qianxi and went out due to trivial matters. When he came back at noon the next day, he found that his girlfriend had disappeared. After comparison of fingerprints, it was confirmed that Bi Sixi was the deceased in this case.

Six, the process of solving the case
By watching the surveillance video, it was found that at 02:36 in the morning of July 1, a man was riding an electric bicycle with a human-shaped package on the back seat, riding from west to east, returning from east to west at 02:44, and the package in the back seat disappeared. The temporary residence of the suspect was traced along the road through surveillance. After interviewing, it was found that the person was named Liang Zhengjun. After work, the investigators of our team went to Wangfan Village, Zhaihe Town, Guangshan County, Henan Province at about 17:00 on July 7, 2011. Liang Zhengjun was captured by the Chenwan village group.

The suspect’s statement
Liang Zhengjun stated that: at about midnight on July 1, 2011, he met the deceased while strolling in Naixi Village Street. Because he had seen the deceased when he went to a small hair salon to find a lady, he knew that the deceased was a prostitute, so he negotiated a good price with the deceased. , and went back to Liang Zhengjun’s temporary residence to have sex. During the sex transaction, the deceased got up to leave when it was time, and Liang Zhengjun did not ejaculate, so he refused to let the victim leave, so the two had an argument. Liang Zhengjun picked up a bed sheet and strangled the neck of the deceased, and strangled the victim with his hands through the sheet. After the deceased did not move, he lay down on the deceased and had sex with him again. After that, he untied the bed sheet and found two stripped network cables from the tool rack to wrap around the neck of the deceased. At about 2 o’clock, he wrapped the body in two 50-kilogram rice bags and fixed it with a network cable, and then transported it to the green belt on the east side of the Jingcheng Expressway by electric bicycle, pulled the body out of the woven bag and threw it in the woods. Two or three branches were broken off from the nearby tree and covered the corpse. After disposing of the body, he threw the woven bag and network cable on the side of the road under the bridge hole of the Jingcheng Expressway, and discarded the clothes of the deceased, the bed sheets of the strangled person and the clothes worn when the body was thrown in a garbage dump in Naixi Village.
