石谋军，曾经担任常德市副市长，常德市组织部长。现任中共甘肃省委副书记、组织部部长。
周德睿，曾经担任常德市长，常德市委书记。现任天津组织部长。最近有传言说，周德睿要被抓了。

温家宝虽然贵为总理，有体制改革之心，但是没有实权，他的感概，没有政治体制改革，改革开放的成果可能失去，多少有点对胡锦涛的抱怨，后面那句话，改革开放离不开人民的觉醒，有点像是套话，打个园场，温家宝不愧是官场老手，既点出了问题，又面面俱到，滴水不漏。习近平之后中国的走向，关键看中共高层这帮人，有没有放弃中共一党之私，解衣衣人的格局和见识，在中国建立起民主宪政的制度和系统，还政于民。如果还是像胡锦涛掌权时候那样，处处维护中共的统治地位和即得利益，中国的民主转型还有很长的路要走。
