朝阳分局关于楼梓庄地区系列强奸案件的工作措施

朝阳分局刑侦支队在工作中发现楼梓庄地区高发强奸案件，经过技术鉴定认定其中4起强奸案的犯罪嫌疑人为同一。各级领导给予了高度重视，迅速成立了专案组，分局副局长林刚任组长，东部队、技术队、楼梓庄派出所为成员，刑侦支队副支队许为具体负责案件的侦办工作。

一、案件情况

1、案件编号A1101057200002005090003，案别：强奸案。 

2005年9月8日0时30分，事主王XX（女，33岁）在金盏乡朝阳农场加油站马路对面，被一名男子掐脖子拉下路边，蒙头将事主强奸后逃跑。嫌疑人特征：男性，身高1.60米，体态中等，短头发，上穿长袖衬衣，穿裤子裤口卷边.。

2、案件编号A1101057200002009120008，案别：强奸案。

事主报案称：2009年10月中旬大约12日左右凌晨1时许，事主陈X（女，26岁）独自在金盏乡皮村XXX号睡觉，一名蒙面男子强行从窗户进入将其强奸，之后11月中旬大约12日左右凌晨1时许，事主独自在暂住地睡觉一名男子又将其大门弄坏进入其房间将其强奸。12月10日夜间1时许，一名男子将其门踹开，并语言威胁其“再动就打死你”并用手掐其脖子，将其按倒在床上强奸。当时事主觉得自己被强奸怕毁坏自己的名誉，所以未报警。嫌疑人特征：男性、身高约160、体态中等、方脸型、第一次穿绿色迷彩服、第二次带灰色毛线帽、其他不详、说普通话。 

3、案件编号A1101057200002010050006，案别：入户抢劫案 

2010年5月10日22时许，事主李XX在北京市朝阳区金盏乡皮村XX号暂住地休息，2010年5月11日1时30分许，事主李XX感觉有人压住自己，事主惊醒，大叫救命，嫌疑人见事主呼救，用拳头打事主的头，事主问嫌疑人要什么，嫌疑人称：就要钱（事主未听出嫌疑人口音）且用手捂事主嘴，没捂住，然后嫌疑人用嘴咬事主手腕，脸颊，事主不断挣扎，后嫌疑人开门逃离。 

4、案件编号A1101057200002011100008，案别：强奸案

2011年10月14日0时20分许，刘X在北京市朝阳区金盏乡皮村自己所租住的出租房内床铺上睡觉，2011年10月14日1时许，被一男子摸其阴部弄醒，后该人发现不是其爱人后反抗起身，被该男子拽其内裤倒在床上，后刘X叫喊，被该男子捂住嘴部，并用一刀子架在其脖子上，让其不要出声，刘X其该男子的刀子，后该男子持刀逃跑。

• 联系情报部门掌握2005年以来未离京，且有前科的人员情况；
• 对楼梓庄、金盏一、东坝等派出所辖区的常住人口有抢劫、盗窃、强奸前科人员进行摸排；
• 技术部门对重点人口开展DNA比对工作；
• 对高发案的重点地区加强巡逻蹲守。

At about 22:00 on May 10, 2010, the victim Li XX rested at the temporary residence at No. XX Pi Village, Jinzhan Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing. At about 1:30 on May 11, 2010, the victim Li XX felt that someone was suppressing him , the victim woke up in shock and shouted for help. Seeing the victim calling for help, the suspect hit the victim on the head with his fist.
