1230北京朝阳区黑庄户王晋蓉被杀案破案报告
2011年12月30日9时许我队接指挥室布警：朝阳区黑庄户乡康城小区三期南侧河北岸发现一具女尸。接报后，刑侦支队孙海涛政委、王东副支队长立即带领重案三队、重案四队、技术队汇同刑侦总队一支队，七支队、八支队、网安部门、市局十二总队赶赴现场开展工作。朝阳分局林刚副局长，刑侦总队叶国清总队长、隗甫杰副总队长、赵鲁燕副总队长亲临现场指挥工作。
一、发案情况
2011年12月30日8时30分，报警人王志强（男，37岁，户籍地：北京市通州区，联系电话：13521972936）拨打110报警称：当天早上其上班途经黑庄户康城小区三期南侧河南岸时，发现河南岸平台上有一具女尸，遂拨打110报警。
二、现场勘验情况
中心现场位于朝阳区黑庄户康城三期小区三期南侧河北岸，据双桥东路160米，尸体北侧为康城小区三期别墅区，南侧为双桥工业区，西侧为双树村南村，东侧为苏家屯村。尸体头朝东脚向西仰卧，双手打开，左腿压在右腿上方。上穿粉红色棉服，黑白色条纹高领毛衣反穿，红色秋衣，黑色内衣在胸部上侧。下穿黑色牛仔裤，内穿红色毛裤，橙色秋裤，没穿内裤。脚穿“YGG”棉靴，白色袜子。
在死者棉服左兜内发现两张京豫冀学校八年级数学期末考试卷子，考生姓名为“王晋蓉”，一枚卫生护垫，少量餐巾纸。
三、法医尸检情况
尸体颈部有明显勒痕，死因为机械性窒息死亡，无明显表皮伤，大腿内侧有血迹，死亡时间为5天左右。处女膜有破损。
经法医初步建议，死者处女膜陈旧性破裂，体内有精斑。
四、死者情况
死者王晋蓉，女，1998年，户籍地：山西省万荣县，暂住地：朝阳区定辛庄，身份证号：，电话：13601047649，QQ：1439943684，北京京豫冀中学初二学生。
五、访问情况
据访问死者王晋蓉的继父李钊（身份证号：,户籍地：山西省万荣县，暂住地：朝阳区定辛庄，联系电话：13011081768）了解到：2011年12月25日13时30分许，死者和其弟弟王晋泽从暂住地离家，临走时随身携带公交IC卡一张，家门钥匙一串，并从家中拿了200元钱。17时许，弟弟王晋泽回家，不见王晋蓉。后从王晋泽口中得知，今年10月份王晋泽在学校交了一个男朋友，名叫徐海健。因不同意女儿早恋，父母将其手机没收。
12月26日周一，死者没有到学校上学，其父母一直在寻找。
据访问死者表哥聂江龙（19岁，山西运城人，手机：13834645040）了解到：2011年12月27日凌晨，其与死者在网上通过QQ聊天，死者告诉他其现在有吃有喝有地方住，不用担心。
据访问双桥中学学生陈笑琼（女，13岁，户籍地：河南省周口市商水县，暂住地：朝阳区定辛庄，双桥中心初一（2）班学生）反映：其与死者和徐海建关系较好。死者与徐海健交往三个月，徐海健曾给死者买过两部手机，一部白色翻盖手机，另一部桃红色直板手机。死者将自己的QQ号及密码告诉她（死者 QQ 号码：1439943684，昵称：嗯，我嫁你，密码：19980502XHJ），让其用自己的口吻与徐海健聊天，初了自已以为，徐海健也知道死者QQ密码。
12月26日17时许，陈笑琼登陆死者的QQ号，后与死者哥哥视频后下网，12月29日18时许，其再次登录死QQ号码，5分钟后被人顶下线。
五、案情分析及工作部署
（一）、网安工作：
经网安工作反映，死者QQ号曾在2011年12月27日凌晨1-6点，在三间房乡辛房村村南商业街7楼千龙网都上网。登记身份为李寒松，身份证号：，户籍地：山东省商河县，暂住地：朝阳区百子湾农贸街，名下车辆：京P186Q2，白色北斗星；京PV2K75，灰色欧玲牌轿车。联系电话：13120007016,81210007.
（二）、监控录像情况
后经调取千龙网都监控录像核实，徐海健因年龄不够上网，因此使用李寒松身份证在网吧上网。
根据上述情况，专案组认定徐海建具有作案嫌疑，并对其加大力度开展讯问工作。
六、犯罪嫌疑人基本情况：
- 徐海健，男，身份证：，暂住地：金家坟西里，手机号：13661180730，QQ：913551023，双桥中学初二（2）班学生
- 韩志远，男，身份证号：，户籍地：山东省六安市，暂住地：朝阳区咸宁侯村，双桥中学初二（2）班学生
- 田兵，男，身份证号：，户籍地：重庆市巫山县铜鼓镇，暂住地：朝阳区小寺村，双桥中学初二（2）班学生
七、犯罪嫌疑人供述：
经讯问，犯罪嫌疑人徐海建初步供述：其与死者王晋蓉于2个月前经同学介绍相识，2个星期前二人发生了性关系。12月24日徐给王晋蓉买了圣诞礼物，并约死者12月25日到其家中见面。二人见面后，王提出分手，徐海建十分气愤将王掐晕后，褪下王的裤子将王强奸，后再次掐王的颈部致王死亡，并将王的尸体藏匿于居住地床下。12月28日徐海建在学校将此事告知同学田兵，当晚二人到徐家附近选择抛尸地点未果。12月29日徐又找到同学田兵、韩志远相约晚上处理尸体。当天19时许，韩志远如约到达徐海建家，田兵因临时有事未来。后徐海建借用邻家馒头房的三轮车，与韩志远将死者尸体用棉被包裹后抬到三轮车上，运至现场河岸边将尸体顺河岸抛下，并在返回途中将裹尸用及死者手机抛弃。另经讯问，韩志远、田兵与徐海建供述情况基本相同。上述3名犯罪嫌疑人对均其上述犯罪事实供认不讳。专案组根据徐海建指认，在徐家中提取死者钥匙一串，并在朝阳双桥中路T10067号灯杆北侧墙内裹尸用棉被。至此，朝阳12.30杀人案事实清楚，证据确凿，案件告破。
目前，犯罪嫌疑人徐海建、韩志远、田兵已被朝阳分刑事拘留，进一步讯问、取证及其他后续工作正在同步进行中。

- The incident

The site of the center is located on the north bank of the river on the south side of Phase III of Kangcheng Phase III Community in Heizhuanghu, Chaoyang District. It is 160 meters away from Shuangqiao East Road. The South Village of Shuangshu Village is on the east side of Sujiatun Village. The corpse lies on its back with its head facing east and its feet facing west, with its hands open and its left leg pressed on top of its right leg. He wears a pink cotton jacket, a black and white striped turtleneck sweater reversed, a red autumn jacket, and black underwear on the upper chest. Wearing black jeans, red sweater pants, orange long johns, no underwear. Wearing “YGG” cotton boots and white socks.
In the left pocket of the deceased’s padded jacket, two final exam papers for the eighth-grade mathematics of the Beijing-Henan-Hebei School were found. The examinee’s name was “Wang Jinrong”, a sanitary pad, and a small amount of napkins.
- Forensic autopsy
There were obvious strangulation marks on the neck of the corpse. The cause of death was mechanical asphyxiation. There were no obvious superficial injuries. There were blood stains on the inner thighs. The time of death was about 5 days. The hymen is damaged.
According to preliminary forensic advice, the deceased’s hymen had ruptured oldly and there were sperm spots in his body.
- Situation of the deceased
The deceased Wang Jinrong, female, born in 1998, household registration: Wanrong County, Shanxi Province, temporary residence: Dingxinzhuang, Chaoyang District, ID number: , telephone: 13601047649, QQ: 1439943684, a second-year student at Beijing Jingyuji Middle School.
V. Access
According to an interview with the deceased Wang Jinrong’s stepfather Li Zhao (ID number:, household registration: Wanrong County, Shanxi Province, temporary residence: Dingxinzhuang, Chaoyang District, contact number: 13011081768), learned: December 25, 2011 at 13:30 Xu, the deceased and his younger brother Wang Jinze left home from their temporary residence. When they left, they took a bus IC card with them, a bunch of house keys, and took 200 yuan from home. At around 17:00, his younger brother Wang Jinze went home, but Wang Jinrong was not there. Later, I learned from Wang Jinze that in October this year, Wang Jinze made a boyfriend at school named Xu Haijian. Parents confiscated their daughter’s mobile phone because they disagreed with her daughter’s puppy love.
On Monday, December 26, the deceased did not attend school, and his parents have been looking for him.
According to an interview with the deceased’s cousin Nie Jianglong (19 years old, from Yuncheng, Shanxi, mobile phone: 13834645040), he learned that in the early morning of December 27, 2011, he chatted with the deceased through QQ on the Internet, and the deceased told him that he now had food, drink and a place to live ,Don’t worry.
According to an interview with Chen Xiaoqiong, a student of Shuangqiao Middle School (female, 13 years old, household registration: Shangshui County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province, temporary residence: Dingxinzhuang, Chaoyang District, student of Class 1 (2) of Shuangqiao Center): She and the deceased He has a good relationship with Xu Haijian. The deceased had been with Xu Haijian for three months. Xu Haijian had bought two mobile phones for the deceased, a white flip phone and a pink straight phone. The deceased told her his QQ number and password (the deceased’s QQ number: 1439943684, nickname: Well, I Marry You, password: 19980502XHJ), and asked her to chat with Xu Haijian in his own tone. At first, I thought that Xu Haijian also knew the deceased’s QQ password.
At about 17:00 on December 26, Chen Xiaoqiong logged on to the QQ account of the deceased, and then went offline after having a video with the deceased’s brother. At 18:00 on December 29, she logged on to the QQ account of the deceased again, and was pushed offline 5 minutes later.
V. Case Analysis and Work Arrangement
(1) Network security work:
According to the network security work, the QQ account of the deceased used to go online on Qianlong.com on the 7th floor of South Commercial Street, Xinfang Village, Sanjianfang Township, from 1 to 6 am on December 27, 2011. Registered identity is Li Hansong, ID number: , household registration: Shanghe County, Shandong Province, temporary residence: Baiziwan Nongmao Street, Chaoyang District, vehicles under his name: Beijing P186Q2, white Big Dipper; Beijing PV2K75, gray Ouling car. (2) Surveillance video
After checking the surveillance video of Qianlong.com, Xu Haijian used Li Hansong’s ID card to surf the Internet because he was not old enough to surf the Internet.
Based on the above situation, the task force determined that Xu Haijian was suspected of committing the crime, and intensified his interrogation work.

After interrogation, the criminal suspect Xu Haijian made a preliminary statement: He and the deceased Wang Jinrong met through the introduction of a classmate 2 months ago, and they had sexual relations 2 weeks ago. On December 24, Xu bought Wang Jinrong a Christmas gift and asked the deceased to meet him at his home on December 25. After the two met, Wang proposed to break up. Xu Haijian was very angry and pinched Wang unconscious. He took off Wang’s pants and raped Wang. Then he strangled Wang’s neck again and killed him. He hid Wang’s body under the bed in his residence. On December 28, Xu Haijian informed his classmate Tian Bing about the matter at school, and the two went to Xu’s home to choose a place to dump the body that night but failed. On December 29, Xu met his classmates Tian Bing and Han Zhiyuan to dispose of the corpse at night. At about 19 o’clock that day, Han Zhiyuan arrived at Xu Haijian’s house as scheduled, and Tian Bing came to the house due to temporary business. Later, Xu Haijian borrowed the tricycle from the neighbor’s steamed bun house, and together with Han Zhiyuan wrapped the deceased’s body in a quilt and carried it to the tricycle, transported it to the river bank at the scene, threw the body along the river bank, and discarded the wrapped body and the deceased’s mobile phone on the way back. After interrogation, Han Zhiyuan, Tian Bing and Xu Haijian’s confessions were basically the same. The above-mentioned three criminal suspects all confessed to the above-mentioned criminal facts. Based on Xu Haijian’s identification, the task force took a bunch of keys from the deceased at Xu’s home, and wrapped the body with quilts in the wall on the north side of the light pole at No. T10067, Shuangqiao Middle Road, Chaoyang. So far, the facts of the Chaoyang 12.30 murder case are clear, the evidence is conclusive, and the case has been solved.
At present, the suspects Xu Haijian, Han Zhiyuan, and Tian Bing have been criminally detained by the Chaoyang Branch, and further interrogation, evidence collection, and other follow-up work are being carried out simultaneously.
