“3.31”朝阳区费家村故意杀人案现场情况
总队：
2012年3月31日20时39分，我支队接总队值班室布警：朝阳区费家村一女子死亡，身上有血迹。王克豪主任示：一支队、七支队、八大队到现场开展工作。接报后，我支队赵斌支队长、高延庆副支队长立即率五中队侦查员赶赴现场会同市局情报信息中心、网安总队、十二总队及朝阳分局刑侦支队组成专案组开展工作。刑侦总队总队长叶国清、政治处主任王克豪、副总队长吕宝泉、赵鲁燕、十二总队副总队长李健，朝阳分局分局长陶晶、副分局长林刚、刑侦支队政委孙海涛同期到达现场指挥工作。现将现场情况报告如下：
一、案件基本情况
（一）接报警情况
2012年3月31日19时10分许，武小文（男，42岁，江苏省金坛市人，手机：15010587001）拨打“110”报警称：19时许，其返回位于朝阳区崔各庄乡费家村77号的暂住地，用随身钥匙打开房门，进入后发现厨房地面有水渍，同住人员邓洪秀（女，40岁，四川省江油市人）居住的西屋屋门虚掩，屋内物品凌乱，武拨打邓的手机发现该手机在抽屉内呈充电状态，武便捡拾地面被褥，发现邓洪秀在床下被被褥包裹，下身赤裸，身上有血迹，遂报警。
（二）死者基本情况
邓洪秀，女，40岁，无业。户籍地：四川省江油市，暂住朝阳区崔各庄，身份证：，手机：13439208706。
二、现场勘查及法医检验情况
（一）现场勘查情况
经勘查，现场位于朝阳区崔各庄乡费家村77号出租房，该处为两室一厨结构，房门朝北，门锁完好。进入房门为厨房，东西各有一间卧室。厨房地面有明显的水迹，地面发现一名男子3连张的头像照片1张。灶台上方可见红色水瓢1个，下方可见红色塑料盆1个、白色水桶1个，在三种容器均可见红色可疑斑迹并已提取。
中心现场位于西侧卧室，死者头西脚东面朝北侧卧于地面，上身衣物退至胸部以上，下身赤裸，头部地面有大量血迹。卧室门口摆放一张蓝色书桌，书桌底部东南角压有20元、50元面值人民币各1张，在书桌顶部西南角边缘有血指纹纹线反应。卧室内北侧有一蜂窝煤炉及水壶，西侧摆放单人床一张，南侧为电视及电视柜。在单人床北侧床下可见白色塑料袋一个，内装使用过的卫生纸1张，使用过的安全套1个。在电视柜抽屉内发现死者手机1部，在死者悬挂的黑色羽绒服兜内发现现金1万元，在卧室黑皮包内发现公交卡、户口本、身份证、农业银行、邮储银行储蓄卡等物品。在死者左腿膝盖处提取滴落血迹2处，在水壶提手处提取可疑红色斑迹1处。另沿现场房门向外搜索，发现并提取5滴方向向东的低落血迹。
经法医DNA鉴定，现场所有滴落血迹及红色可疑斑迹均为同一男性DNA。
- 法医检验情况
经法医检验，死者身长156厘米，发长30厘米，颈部刺创3处，最深达颈椎前，上胸部刺创2处，其中左胸刺创刺破胸壁肋骨及左肺上叶，后背中部脊柱旁可见刺创1处，长6.3厘米，刺破右肾及胃壁。死者右手第4、5掌骨之间贯通刺创1处，应为抵抗伤。作案工具倾向于单刃刺器，推测刺器长度15厘米以上。胃内容满胃，可辨成型物有米粒、肉、菜叶、菜梗等。死亡原因为背部刺创刺破肾脏致失血性休克死亡，死亡时间在31日14时左右。
三、调查访问情况
（一）现场访问情况
经访问报案人武小文、邻居陈艳红（女，29岁，住费家村XX号）、嫖客肖正水（男，50岁，安徽省含山县人）得知：2004年，武小文与在来广营开发廊的邓洪秀相识，逐渐发展成情人关系，并先后在崔各庄乡善各庄村、费家村姘居。姘居期间，双方经济相对独立，武负责房租、水电煤气等费用，邓负责买菜等日常开销。邓平时在暂住地从事卖淫活动，大多数嫖客为以前开发廊时的熟客、本村村民以及老乡等。
31日6时30分许，武小文离开暂住地去三元桥上班。11时30分许，肖正水来到邓的暂住地，以50元的价格与邓进行性交易，未带套。11时50分许，肖临走时听见邓接了一个电话，开始说普通话，后来讲四川话，大致内容是对方想要钱，但是邓称自己没工作没钱。12时30分许，邻居陈艳红看见邓洪秀外出倒垃圾，邓还跟陈打招呼问自己的腿瘦没瘦，邓当时上穿深色棉服，下穿深底白点及膝短裙，脚穿粉色棉拖鞋。当日19时许，武从三元桥下班返回暂住地案发。
（二）监控录像调取情况
目前，专案组已对案发现场周边的监控录像资料进行保存、调取，进一步的察看工作正在进行中。
（三）技侦工作情况
经技侦侦控，死者手机最后于31日11时48分被叫，对方号码为13261803458，通话时长166秒，通过筛查死者通讯录，该号码存储姓名为“弟弟”。初查，持机人叫祁龙才，33岁，四川省江油市人。
四、案情分析及下步工作
根据以上情况，专案组分析认定此案为一起故意杀人案件。下步主要工作措施如下：
（一）技术法医工作
1、对现场进行复勘，对提取的痕迹物证进行鉴定；
- 对现场提取的其他痕迹物证做DNA检验比对。
（二）侦查工作
1.察看并固定现场及周边监控录像，确定犯罪嫌疑人案发前后活动轨迹；
2.对现场周边的出租房屋、旅馆、洗浴、网吧等流动人口聚集区域进行摸排；
（三）技侦、网安工作
1、对涉案的通讯工具进行侦控；
2、对犯罪嫌疑人上网情况进行查控。

1. Basic information of the case
(1) Receiving an alarmAt about 19:10 on March 31, 2012, Wu Xiaowen (male, 42 years old, from Jintan City, Jiangsu Province, mobile phone: 15010587001) dialed “110” and reported that at about 19:00, he returned to Cuigezhuang Township, Chaoyang District At the temporary residence at No. 77 in Feijia Village, I opened the door with my personal key. After entering, I found water stains on the kitchen floor. The items were messy. Wu dialed Deng’s cell phone and found that the cell phone was charging in the drawer. Wu then picked up the bedding on the floor and found Deng Hongxiu wrapped in bedding under the bed, with his lower body naked and blood on his body, so he called the police.
(2) Basic information of the deceased
Deng Hongxiu, female, 40 years old, unemployed. Household registration: Jiangyou City, Sichuan Province, temporary residence in Cuigezhuang, Chaoyang District, ID card: , mobile phone: 13439208706.
- On-site investigation and forensic examination
(1) On-site investigation
After investigation, the scene was located in a rental house at No. 77, Feijia Village, Cuigezhuang Township, Chaoyang District. The place was a two-bedroom, one-kitchen structure with the door facing north and the door lock intact. Entering the door is the kitchen, and there is a bedroom in the east and west. There were obvious water marks on the floor of the kitchen, and one of three headshot photos of a man was found on the ground. A red water ladle can be seen above the stove, a red plastic basin and a white bucket can be seen below, and red suspicious spots can be seen in all three containers and have been extracted.
The central scene is located in the bedroom on the west side. The deceased was lying on the ground with his head on the west and his feet facing north. The clothes on his upper body were pulled back above his chest, his lower body was naked, and there was a lot of blood on the ground on his head. There is a blue desk at the door of the bedroom. There are 20 yuan and 50 yuan denominations on the southeast corner of the bottom of the desk. There are blood fingerprints on the edge of the southwest corner of the top of the desk. There is a briquette stove and kettle on the north side of the bedroom, a single bed on the west side, and a TV and TV cabinet on the south side. A white plastic bag can be seen under the bed on the north side of the single bed, containing 1 piece of used toilet paper and 1 piece of used condom. A mobile phone of the deceased was found in the drawer of the TV cabinet, 10,000 yuan in cash was found in the pocket of the black down jacket hung by the deceased, and a bus card, household registration book, ID card, savings card of the Agricultural Bank of China, and Postal Savings Bank of China were found in the black leather bag of the bedroom. . Two dripping blood spots were extracted from the knee of the deceased’s left leg, and one suspicious red spot was extracted from the kettle handle. In addition, search outward along the door of the on-site room, find and extract 5 drops of blood falling eastward.
After forensic DNA identification, all the dripping blood and red suspicious spots at the scene belonged to the same male DNA.
Forensic Examination Situation
After forensic examination, the deceased was 156 centimeters in length, with hair length of 30 centimeters. There were 3 stab wounds on the neck, the deepest reaching the front of the cervical spine, and 2 stab wounds on the upper chest. A puncture wound with a length of 6.3 cm can be seen next to the spine, piercing the right kidney and stomach wall. There was one stab wound between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones of the deceased’s right hand, which should be a resistance injury. The crime tool tends to be a single-edged stabbing device, and the length of the stabbing device is estimated to be more than 15 centimeters. The contents of the stomach are full, and the shaped products can be identified as rice grains, meat, vegetable leaves, vegetable stems, etc. The cause of death was hemorrhagic shock caused by stab wound on the back and punctured the kidney. The time of death was around 14:00 on the 31st.
3. Survey visits
(1) On-site visitsAfter interviewing the reporter Wu Xiaowen, neighbor Chen Yanhong (female, 29 years old, living at No. XX Feijia Village), and client Xiao Zhengshui (male, 50 years old, from Hanshan County, Anhui Province), it was learned that in 2004, Wu Xiaowen and a person from the Laiguangying Development Gallery Deng Hongxiu got acquainted, and gradually developed into a lover relationship, and lived in concubine successively in Shangezhuang Village and Feijia Village, Cuigezhuang Township. During the cohabitation period, the two parties were relatively independent financially. Wu was responsible for rent, utilities and other expenses, and Deng was responsible for daily expenses such as grocery shopping. Deng Ping engaged in prostitution activities in his temporary residence, and most of the clients were regular customers from the previous development of the gallery, villagers in the village, and fellow villagers.
At about 6:30 on the 31st, Wu Xiaowen left his temporary residence to go to work in Sanyuanqiao. At about 11:30, Xiao Zhengshui came to Deng’s temporary residence and had sex with Deng for 50 yuan without a condom. At about 11:50, when Xiao was leaving, he heard Deng answering a phone call. He began to speak Mandarin, and then Sichuan dialect. The general content was that the other party wanted money, but Deng said that he had no job and no money. At about 12:30, neighbor Chen Yanhong saw Deng Hongxiu going out to take out the trash. Deng greeted Chen and asked her if her legs were thin. slippers. At about 19 o’clock on the same day, Wu returned from get off work at Sanyuan Bridge to his temporary residence, and the incident occurred.
(2) Surveillance video access
At present, the special case team has saved and retrieved the surveillance video data around the crime scene, and further inspection work is in progress.
(3) Technical investigation workAfter technical investigation and control, the deceased’s mobile phone was last called at 11:48 on the 31st. The other party’s number was 13261803458, and the call lasted 166 seconds. After screening the deceased’s address book, the stored name of the number was “brother”. Initial investigation revealed that the person holding the plane was Qi Longcai, 33 years old, from Jiangyou City, Sichuan Province.
- Case analysis and next steps
Based on the above circumstances, the task force analyzed and determined that the case was an intentional homicide case. The main work measures for the next step are as follows:
(1) Technical forensic work
- Re-examine the scene and identify the traces and evidence extracted;
DNA tests and comparisons were performed on other traces and evidence extracted at the scene.
(2) Investigative work
- Check and fix the on-site and surrounding surveillance video to determine the suspect’s activity track before and after the incident;
- Conduct a survey of floating population gathering areas such as rental houses, hotels, baths, and Internet cafes around the site;
(3) Technical investigation and network security work
- Investigate and prosecute the communication tools involved in the case;
- Investigate and control criminal suspects’ Internet access.
