延庆刑侦大队破获一起杀人抢劫机动车案
2005年3月11日凌晨6时许,延庆县局刑侦大队成功破获一起杀人抢劫机动车案。
2005年3月10日20时50分,延庆县局指挥中心接到市局刑侦总队发出协查通报。要求查控一辆银灰色吉利美日轿车,车号为京/F2629。该车车主方本民于今年3月7日19时许,在北京市昌平区人车走失。
接到协查通报后,我局值班副局长朱宝贵立即坐镇指挥中心向刑侦大队夜间打现队、在工作注意发现该车。
2005年3月 11日凌晨3时15分许,在治安检查站门前发现一辆车号为京/G50456银灰色吉利美日小轿车由东向西经治安检查站,向出京方向行驶,与协查通报的车型相符。刑侦大队打现民警及交巡大队的民警共8人,立即将该车包围,命令司机关闭发动机接受检查。当时司机拿不出行车执照。后令他打开车的后备箱,民警发现该车后备箱藏有京/F2629车牌。该车牌与市局刑侦总队刚刚通报北京市昌平区人车走失的车牌相符。另外车牌上有血迹,立即向警戒看守的民警发出信号,将车内的两男一女分别控制隔离。打现民警发现车的右后座有大量血迹后,设卡民警立即将车上的四名嫌疑人带回治安检查站进行审查。
刑侦大队接到通报后,立即调集二队、八队、九队值班人员赶赴检查站,对四名犯罪嫌疑人进行突击审查。经过近一个小时的较量,三名嫌疑人交待了于3月7日晚,三人在西三旗345车站租用被害事主方本民的车,在沙河市场将车主方本民杀死,后抛尸北京市昌平区南口兴龙口山沟内并将该车隐匿的犯罪事实。
四名嫌疑人分别是:
胡立君,男,汉族,1978年生,中国河北省张家口市。
吴爱国,男,汉族,1984年生,中国江苏省徐州市丰县。
魏亚兵,男,汉族,1985年生,中国江苏省徐州市丰县。
袁娜,女,汉族,1983年生,中国辽宁省抚顺市。
此案现已移交昌平分局刑侦支队。

Yanqing Criminal Investigation Brigade Cracked a Murder and Robbery Motor Vehicle Case
At about 6:00 am on March 11, 2005, the Criminal Investigation Brigade of Yanqing County Bureau successfully cracked a case of homicide and robbery of a motor vehicle.
At 20:50 on March 10, 2005, the command center of the Yanqing County Bureau received an investigation report from the Criminal Investigation Team of the Municipal Bureau. It is requested to investigate and seize a silver-gray Geely American and Japanese car with the car number Beijing/F2629. The owner of the car, Fang Benmin, got lost in Changping District, Beijing at around 19:00 on March 7 this year.
After receiving the report from the assisted investigation, Zhu Baogui, the deputy director on duty of our bureau, immediately went to the command center to call the criminal investigation brigade at night, and noticed the car at work.
At about 3:15 am on March 11, 2005, in front of the public security checkpoint, a silver-gray Geely American and Japanese car with the car number Beijing/G50456 was found passing through the public security checkpoint from east to west and heading out of Beijing. It is consistent with the model notified by Xiecha. The criminal investigation brigade found eight policemen and the police from the traffic patrol brigade, surrounded the car immediately, and ordered the driver to turn off the engine for inspection. The driver did not have a driving license at the time. Afterwards, he was asked to open the trunk of the car, and the police found that there was a Beijing/F2629 license plate hidden in the trunk of the car. The license plate matches the one reported by the Criminal Investigation Corps of the Municipal Bureau of Beijing’s Changping District that the vehicle was missing. In addition, there was blood on the license plate, and immediately sent a signal to the guarding police to control and isolate the two men and one woman in the car. After the police found a large amount of blood on the right rear seat of the car, the police immediately took the four suspects in the car back to the public security checkpoint for review.
After receiving the notification, the criminal investigation brigade immediately mobilized the second, eighth, and ninth teams on duty to rush to the checkpoint to conduct a surprise review of the four suspects. After nearly an hour of confrontation, the three suspects confessed that on the evening of March 7, the three rented the car of the victim Fang Benmin at Xisanqi 345 Station, killed the car owner Fang Benmin in the Shahe Market, and then dumped his body in Changping, Beijing. The criminal facts of concealing the car in the Xinglongkou ravine at the southern entrance of the district.
The four suspects are:
Hu Lijun, male, Han nationality, born in 1978, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, China.
Wu Aiguo, male, Han nationality, born in 1984, Feng County, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.
Wei Yabing, male, Han nationality, was born in 1985 in Feng County, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.
Yuan Na, female, Han nationality, born in 1983, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, China.
The case has now been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Detachment of Changping Branch.
