延庆康庄检查站工作报告空军驻延地空导弹部队（番号：93424或93442）
2005年5月23日3时许，延庆县公安局交巡大队康庄检查站在治超卸除点执行检查任务时，发现一辆“捷达”牌汽车闯卡，遂将该车（车号：京GS7539）拦下。在检查过程中发现该车后座有血迹，后备箱内有一具男尸，被棉被裹着。遂将车上的三人扣留，并报刑侦大队出现场。
刑侦大队到现场后，将该车上三人带回。经初步审查：三名嫌疑人分别是：
赵钤，男，1981年出生，中国河南省唐河县上屯镇叟刘村叟刘二组人，暂住：北京市朝阳区太平庄平房区。
张海泉，男，1987年出生，中国河北省承德市滦平县涝洼乡大古道村人，暂住：北京市朝阳区太平庄平房区。
马洪臣，男，1987年出生，中国河北省承德市滦平县涝洼乡大古道村人，暂住：北京市朝阳区太平庄平房区。
经查，2005年5月22日21时许，三名嫌疑人因经济拮据，在北苑附近打一辆捷达小客车回朝阳区暂住地。到太平庄平房区后，在司机与三人要钱时，张海泉将司机脖子搂住，赵钤用刀猛刺司机前胸，马洪臣用改锥扎司机前胸和腹部，致使司机死亡。抢劫车后三人将司机移至汽车后排座。赵钤从司机身上搜出110元钱，赵驾驶该车到北苑加油站加了50元钱汽油。加完油后在加油站附近又将司机移到汽车后备箱内，准备将司机运到河北省怀来县抛尸。
现已查明“捷达”牌汽车，是北京市通州区张家湾镇西定福庄村王保的车。
另据三人交代，他们抛尸后，还准备对空军驻延地空导弹部队（番号：93424或93442）的取款车进行抢劫。
现三名嫌疑人均对抢劫杀人的犯罪事实供认不讳，正在与通州分局联系，欲将此案移交通州分局处理。

Work Report of Yanqing Kangzhuang Checkpoint
At about 3 o’clock on May 23, 2005, when the Kangzhuang Checkpoint of the Yanqing County Public Security Bureau’s Traffic and Patrol Brigade was performing inspection tasks at the unloading point for the control of overruns, it was found that a “Jetta” brand car had broken into the card, and the car (vehicle number : Beijing GS7539) stopped. During the inspection, it was found that there was blood on the back seat of the car, and there was a male corpse in the trunk, wrapped in a quilt. Then the three people in the car were detained and reported to the Criminal Investigation Brigade to appear on the scene.
After the Criminal Investigation Brigade arrived at the scene, they brought back the three people in the car. After preliminary review: the three suspects are:
Zhao Qian, male, born in 1981, is a member of Sou Liu Village, Sou Liu Village, Shangtun Town, Tanghe County, Henan Province, China. Temporary residence: Taipingzhuang Pingfang District, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
Zhang Haiquan, male, born in 1987, is from Dagudao Village, Laowa Township, Luanping County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, China. Temporary residence: Taipingzhuang Pingfang District, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
Ma Hongchen, male, born in 1987, is from Dagudao Village, Laowa Township, Luanping County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, China. Temporary residence: Taipingzhuang Pingfang District, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
After investigation, at about 21 o’clock on May 22, 2005, the three suspects took a Jetta passenger car near Beiyuan to return to their temporary residence in Chaoyang District due to financial difficulties. After arriving in Taipingzhuang Pingfang District, when the driver and the three asked for money, Zhang Haiquan put his arms around the driver’s neck, Zhao Qian stabbed the driver’s chest with a knife, and Ma Hongchen stabbed the driver’s chest and abdomen with a screwdriver, resulting in the driver’s death. After robbing the car, the three moved the driver to the back seat of the car. Zhao Qian found 110 yuan from the driver, and Zhao drove the car to Beiyuan gas station to add 50 yuan of gasoline. After refueling, the driver was moved to the trunk of the car near the gas station, and the driver was ready to be transported to Huailai County, Hebei Province for disposal.
It has been found out that the “Jetta” brand car belongs to Wang Bao in Xidingfuzhuang Village, Zhangjiawan Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing.
According to the account of the three, after throwing the body away, they planned to rob the cash withdrawal vehicle of the Air Force’s surface-to-air missile unit (number: 93424 or 93442) stationed in Yan.
Now the three suspects have all confessed to the criminal facts of robbery and murder, and they are contacting the Tongzhou branch, intending to transfer the case to the Tongzhou branch for handling.
