延庆县“4.27”张晓佳、丁晓利被杀案破案报告

2010年 4月27日9时22分，延庆县局刑侦大队接县局勤务指挥处布警：河北省怀来县东花园镇董庄子村魏永平（男，36岁）报警称：他发现在延庆县康庄镇商业街北京芳茗阁足疗店有人死亡。接报后延庆县局局长刘泽、副局长王克豪立即率领刑侦、治安、指挥中心、督察等部门赶赴现场，汇同属地康庄派出所开展工作。接报告后，总队一支队副支队长贾文雷、法医中心刘华、技术处樊继红等领导带领侦查员相继赶赴现场开展工作。

经缜密侦查，项目组在北京人文大学康庄校区，分别于2010年4月28日10时许，将犯罪嫌疑人窦硕（男，21岁，1989年出生，黑龙江省双城市人）抓获，于13时许将犯罪嫌疑人黄特（男，17岁，1993年出生，辽宁省辽阳市人）抓获，于15时许将犯罪嫌疑人闫广睿（男，20岁，1990年出生，黑龙江省哈尔滨市人）抓获。同时将涉嫌包庇的尚岩伟（女，21岁，1989年出生，黑龙江省哈尔滨市人）抓获，破获此案。现将具体情况汇报如下：

一、案发情况

（一）发现和报案过程

据报警人魏永平（男，36岁，河北人，个体黑车运输）反映：2010年4月27日9时许，他为张晓夏运菜回来。张让他叫弟弟张晓佳出来干活，他发现张晓佳暂住地的卷帘门开启15公分左右。进屋看见张晓佳躺在地上，有大量血迹，遂立即报警。

（二）现场勘查情况

经勘查，现场位于延庆县康庄镇兴隆商业街127号芳茗阁足疗店内。该店面坐西朝东，共有三层。房屋门位于一层、朝东。外侧为上下卷帘门（呈半开启状），里侧为双扇对开玻璃门。

一层进门为门厅，西墙下为吧台，南侧为沙发、茶几。吧台上有一沾有红色斑迹、潮湿的白色毛巾，内侧一柜门呈打开状。门厅西侧为杂物间、足疗间，最西侧为楼梯，北墙下为过道。男死者位于一层过道处，头东脚西呈仰卧位，双手背后。上穿绿色帽衫，下穿睡裤，脚下有棉拖鞋1双。头部周边可见大量流淌血迹，旁边墙壁1米以下部位可见大量喷溅血迹。

二层南墙下系过道，北侧共有四间房屋。西数第一间房屋物品摆放整齐。第二间房屋床上被褥呈打开状，棉被下发现山寨版手机1部（号码为13520955848）。第三间房屋无被褥。第四间房屋进门左侧摆放一单人床，女死者头北脚南仰卧于床上。身上盖有棉被、衣物等，上身赤裸，下穿内裤。在沾有血迹的枕头上提取断裂的指甲1块，在女死者左臂旁提取剪断的指甲1块。女死者左胸部可见斑迹1处，右胸部发现毛发1根。床上散落有单据、包、暂住证、小灵通手机、存折、身份证等物品。

二层至三层平台拐角处提取擦拭过的卫生纸1块。

三层南墙下系过道，北侧共有四间房屋。西数第一间为卫生间，面池内有水滴状血水和一黑色毛巾，水龙头上提取汗液指纹1枚。马桶上可见红色斑迹，两侧边缘可见波浪花纹的足迹。纸篓内可见沾有血迹的卫生纸。

现场提取可疑足迹2种，一种带有三角形和方块图案，一种为波浪花纹（全长28.5厘米，分析为旅游鞋）。带有三角形和方块图案的在一层可见潜血足迹，在二层可见灰尘足迹。波浪花纹的在一层尸体周边、过道、二层和三层卫生间和卫生间门口均有血迹、潜血和灰尘的足迹。

现场未发现现金。

（三）法医检验情况

经法医检验，男死者尸僵较强，尸斑不太明显。损伤主要集中在顶部、枕部、双侧颞部、项部、背部，均为条形创口，四肢可见抵抗伤。额部可见片状出血，伴有条形挫伤。眼周可见皮下出血和小条形拖伤。口唇粘膜有破损，面部损伤系与地面碰撞形成。顶部、后枕部、双侧颞部共有创口50处以上，方向、深部均不同，大多较短，最长为9公分。颅骨粉碎性骨折，蛛网膜下腔出血，广泛脑组织挫伤，左枕叶脑组织搓碎。颈部可见复合创口，气管被切断，软组织有缺失。该处损伤生化反应较轻，系死后形成。右侧肩部可见砍切创，右前臂可见条形损伤。胃内容为满胃，可见宽粉、肉片、香菇等。死亡原因为颅脑损伤合并失血性休克。作案工具为具有一定质量、便于挥动的锐器，小斧子较为合适。

女死者无工具伤，尸僵较强，有转移尸斑。颜面青紫，球睑结合膜可见密集点状出血。左侧舌骨大角周边软组织可见片状出血。心、肺、喉室粘膜均可见出血点。舌尖挺出状，舌面有咬痕。女死者已怀孕，子宫增大，内有胎囊，胎囊内有2.5厘米长的胚胎组织。胃内容为满胃，可见宽粉、肉片、青菜等。死亡原因为机械性窒息。

两死者死亡时间相近，凌晨3时左右，餐后3小时左右。

（四）死者基本情况

1、张晓佳，别名：张晓勇，男，22岁，1988年出生，户籍地：河北省邢台市新河县西流乡苏田村，暂住地：延庆县康庄镇商业街芳茗阁足疗店，身份证号：，联系电话：13683334371。

2、丁晓利，女，别名：丁小芳，20岁，1990年出生，户籍地：河南省平顶山市郏县茨芭乡上丁村，暂住地同上，身份证号：，联系电话：86333701。

二人系男女朋友关系。

（五）现场访问工作情况

1、 报警人魏永平（男，36岁，河北省怀来县东花园人镇董庄子村人，手机号13661299452）称：早7时10分，同张晓夏从康庄到延庆县日上市场买菜。买回后回到康庄商业街芳茗阁足疗店对面仓库卸菜。后张晓夏让他到芳茗阁足疗店找张晓佳，张晓夏说张晓佳电话打不通了。后自己下车去足疗店找张晓佳，发现门店卷帘门未关严，自己敲门无人应答即拉起卷帘门。他发现张晓佳躺在地上，头上地上都有血，即跑出来告诉张晓夏。张晓夏说上面还有人，不知怎样了，后打电话报警。

2、死者哥哥张晓夏（男，26岁，河北省邢台市新河县西流乡人，暂住康庄小区，康庄佳丽福火锅自助店老板，手机号13264005215）讲：2010年4月26日晚11点左右，他和妻子张倩（22岁、河北唐山人）同弟弟张晓佳、丁晓芳在佳丽福自助火锅店吃完饭回家。27日早上6点，他给魏永平打电话说去日上市场买菜，9点左右返回康庄将菜放在仓库。他对魏永平说去店里看看弟弟张晓佳，魏永平到芳茗阁修脚部后叫他过去。他过去发现弟弟躺在地上，已经没有呼吸，后打电话报120和110。当时弟弟张晓佳头朝大门，面向南，躺在地上。左手背在后面，胸前的地上有血。上穿绿色帽衫、下穿睡裤。2009年11月弟弟开芳茗阁修脚店，因生意不好春节后关门只留着睡觉。2010年4月15日，张晓佳同人文大学学生窦硕（男，21岁，东北人）合伙在商业街南经营火锅自助店，窦硕只出资不管经营饭店。25日窦硕说父亲在家出车祸向张晓佳借款1万元回老家，张晓佳从店内拿了12000元钱家给了窦硕。火锅店每天营业款流水约4、5千元。前几天一个叫康斌的男子和女友“龙梅”在芳茗阁修脚部住过，三四天前离开。张晓佳为人和善与其他人没有矛盾，随身带有一黑红色钱夹子，有一滑盖杂牌手机，手机号为13683334371。

3、死者父亲张世伦（男，48岁，户籍河北省邢台市新河县城内南大街，延庆县北京人教方城彩色印刷有限公司职工，手机号13522291493）讲：张晓佳和女友小芳2009年到康庄商业街开芳茗阁修脚服务部。2010年4月15日，又在商业街开一个佳丽福火锅自助，芳茗阁修脚服务部停业。张晓佳以前自己一人在延庆县做推销啤酒和洋酒生意，为人性格开朗外向，同别人没有矛盾。他有两部手机，手机号为13683334371，小灵通的号码不知道。

4、杨倩（女，22岁）讲：2010年4月26日晚11时，同张晓夏离开火锅店。当时张晓佳和女友还在店内，具体何时离开不详。今天早上听张晓夏说，弟弟张晓佳出事了。前一天听张晓佳讲，同他合伙开火锅店的窦硕向他借钱说是窦硕父亲出车祸了。张晓佳借没借给他不清楚。

5、丁晓利朋友张燕燕（女，24岁，户籍地河南省平顶山贾县查园乡，暂住延庆康庄镇一街，13651323731）讲：2010年4月26日下午4点，最后一次见到笑笑（女死者），两人聊了10分钟后回家。今天早上10点多，接到朋友电话说笑笑和男朋友张小勇出事了。自己从家出来到商业街才知道笑笑和他男友死了。两人没有与别人有矛盾。2009年10月笑笑和男友在商业街开了一家芳茗阁足疗店，现在笑笑已经怀孕有3个月。

6、佳丽福火锅店服务员杨红飞（女，27岁，山东省阳谷县郭屯乡五屯村，暂住康庄一街）讲：2010年4月26日晚10点多，她和同事陈玉华（女，30岁）、杨艳萍（女，25岁）、侯亚亚（女，20岁）、一起离开饭店。当时老板小勇和他哥哥及他们的女友还在。27日早上，去上班路过芳茗阁修脚部（老板小勇的住地），看见老板的哥哥，说老板出事了。后到火锅店听服务员议论，一会老板母亲哭了，才知道老板小勇被人害了。火锅店共有11名服务员，两男九女。老板小勇没有与人有经济纠纷。

7、火锅店厨师杨万库（男，44岁，户籍地河北省逐鹿县涿鹿镇罗庄村，暂住延庆县康庄镇四街铁路家属院，13161439759）讲：2010年4月26日晚10点多离开火锅店。当时老板小勇和他哥及他们的女朋友还在店内，并且店内有3桌客人还在吃饭。今天早上午10点，在火锅店内听说老板死了，具体情况不清楚。老板小勇和他女友为人很好，没有同别人有矛盾，两人关系也很好。火锅店内有一女收银员张静和老板小勇他们住在一起，但前几天张静请假有事离开了，还没有回来。

8、火锅店服务员陈玉华（女，39岁，康庄一街村，15801043580）讲：2010年4月26日晚10点多离开火锅店。当时老板小勇和他哥及他们的女朋友还在店内，并且店内有客人还在吃饭。今天早上午在火锅店内听说老板死了，具体情况不清楚，无突出情况。

9、火锅店收银员张静（女，24岁，户籍地辽宁省朝阳市朝阳县二十家子镇东南沟村，暂住康庄商业街芳茗阁修脚服务部，15801605831）讲：4月25日请假离开火锅店到顺义区看男朋友。4月27日下午，回到延庆康庄火锅店，听说老板出事了。

10、足疗店北侧店铺邻居许凤军（女，24岁，1986年7月11日，户籍地辽宁省恒仁满族自治县拐磨子镇洼泥甸子村北二环路57号，暂住延庆康庄商业街木南屋，电话13051941327）讲：2010年4月26日下午4点左右，在自己店内看到丁晓芳，两人聊了一会没发现有何异常。许凤军讲，2008年在康庄瑞丰阁餐饮娱乐城上班时，认识张晓佳和丁晓芳二人。当时张晓佳往瑞丰阁餐饮娱乐城送酒。丁晓芳在娱乐城是足疗技师，后没干几天就辞职离开了。当时丁晓芳和“飞飞”(女，20岁，河南人)、“燕子”(女，20岁，河南人)还有我关系很好，丁晓芳没有同别人有矛盾。2009年二人在商业街经营芳茗阁修脚服务部，开业后客源不多生意一般。2010年4月中旬，张晓佳同别人在商业街南开了一家自助火锅店，足疗店就停业了。火锅店好像是和人文大学一学生合伙开的，具体不详。丁晓芳还有一好朋友叫“小小”（女，山西人），前几天去宁夏了，具体不清楚。

11、王海斌（男，34岁，延庆县康庄镇马坊村17号，13681520872）讲：2009年10月将自己租的两个门面房的其中一个，通过马洪宝（男，40岁，康庄一街村委会会计），将门面房租给一个20多岁叫张小勇的河北男子。张小勇开了一个足疗店，门店名称为芳茗阁，同时还推销酒。后张小勇在商业街南侧又开了一个饭店。2010年4月26日晚8时30分，关好自己的门店房。不知道隔壁张小勇的店是何时关的门。足疗店生意不好，几乎见不到人。张小勇和他女友为人很好，没听说与人有矛盾。

二、案情分析和工作部署

根据现场勘查、法医检验及前期调查访问情况，项目组初步分析认为此案系一起有预谋的杀人案，作案人数至少为2人。犯罪嫌疑人能够在夜间顺利叫开房门，进入现场，极大可能系熟人作案。综合以上情况，制定工作如下：

（一）技术工作

1、由刑事部门对现场进行复勘，同时对提取的痕迹物证进行进一步检验鉴定。

2、由法医部门对提取的检材进行检验鉴定。

（二）现场清点工作

安排死者家属对现场财物进行清点，确定被抢物品。

（三）死者专项调查工作

针对死者性格、爱好、朋友、餐厅经营状况、雇用人员、银行存款等方面开展专项调查。

（四）调查访问工作

1、继续对死者家属进行访问，注意发现可疑情况。

2、在现场周边开展调查访问工作，注意发现可疑情况。

（五）调取监控录像工作

调取现场周边监控录像，注意发现可疑人员及情况。

（六）技侦工作

由市局行动技术处对可疑通讯工具开展相关工作。

三、破案过程

结合死者哥哥反映情况，项目组对火锅店合伙人窦硕开展调查。经查，窦硕系人文学院通信工程0902班学生。项目组遂立即对窦硕进行审查，同时发现窦硕颈部有明显、新鲜抓痕。窦硕反映：他颈部抓痕系26日午饭时，与女友尚岩伟发生争执时，被尚岩伟抓伤。26日晚，他和同宿舍同学贝方明、黄特、闫广睿一同到网吧上网包夜。中途贝方明独自离开，一直未归。离开时曾将黄特手机拿走，电话号码为15210668109。项目组又对黄特、闫广睿、尚岩伟、同宿舍人员郭建霆及闫广睿的女友张晨颖进行访问、审查。窦硕、黄特、闫广睿、尚岩伟四人所述情况基本一致，并反映贝方明自己手机号码为13520955848。但张晨颖称窦硕、尚岩伟未发生冲突。郭建霆也反映，26日晚上窦硕去网吧前没有受伤。

由于现场提取手机号码与贝方明的手机号码一致，项目组初步分析贝方明具有作案嫌疑。

经调取网吧监控录像进行观看，发现26日22时03分，窦硕和黄特进入网吧，黄特背一黑色单肩背包。22时07分，贝方明进入网吧。22时09分，闫广睿进入网吧。27日2时17分，窦硕、贝方明、黄特三人离开网吧，黄特仍然背黑色单肩背包。4时46分，窦硕、黄特再次进入网吧。6时06分，窦硕、黄特、闫广睿三人离开。

综上所述，项目组分析认为窦硕、黄特、闫广睿、尚岩伟所述与事实不符，遂加大审查力度。后窦硕等人供述了抢劫杀害张晓佳、丁晓利的犯罪事实。

四、犯罪嫌疑人供述情况

（一）犯罪嫌疑人基本情况

1、窦硕，男，21岁，1989年出生，北京人文大学康庄校区通信0902班学生，户籍地：黑龙江省双城市双城镇隆化街，身份证号：。

2、贝方明，男，20岁，1990年出生，北京人文大学康庄校区通信0902班学生，户籍地：辽宁省辽阳市弓长岭区八家路，身份证号：。

3、黄特，男，17岁，1993年出生，北京人文大学康庄校区嵌入0902班学生，户籍地：辽宁省辽阳市辽阳县首山镇黑牛庄村，身份证号：。

4、闫广睿，男，20岁，1990年出生，北京人文大学康庄校区通信0902班学生，户籍地：黑龙江省哈尔滨市南岗区复华三道街，身份证号：。

5、尚岩伟，女，21岁，1989年出生，北京人文大学康庄校区文秘0901班学生，户籍地：黑龙江省哈尔滨市道外区南直路和平小区，身份证号：。

（二）犯罪嫌疑人供述情况

2010年4月28日，我队依法对黄特进行询问时，黄特称，4月27日1时许，他和窦硕、贝方明离开北京市延庆县康庄镇三楼网吧。贝方明说“弄点钱去”，三人到康庄商业街后，黄特在一胡同望风。窦硕和贝方明具体到商业街什么地方去了不太清楚，但他二人刚离开不久，黄特听到有敲卷帘门和打开卷帘门的声音。根据此情况发现，窦硕、贝方明及黄特具有重大作案嫌疑。4月28日，我队依法将犯罪嫌疑人窦硕、黄特、闫广睿传唤至延庆县公安局刑侦大队进行讯问。

经审讯，犯罪嫌疑人窦硕、黄特、闫广睿供述：2009年11月，窦硕到张晓佳经营的足疗店内洗脚时与张相识。一个月后，窦硕与张晓佳商议共同经营火锅店，由张负责经营。窦硕遂找到黄特、闫广睿、贝方明共同出资，因窦出资最多，成为火锅店法人。春节后，窦告知贝方明、黄特、闫广睿，张晓佳有意让贝方明等三人退出。后窦硕、贝方明、黄特、闫广睿共同商量将张晓佳和张的女友丁晓利杀死。火锅店归窦硕所有，其他人仍按照出资多少分红。

4月下旬的一天，窦硕等人到延庆日上综合市场购买小斧子4把和菜刀2把。

按照计划，窦硕对张晓佳称家里出事要于26日晚回原籍。贝方明、黄特、闫广睿会去送窦硕，晚上欲借住在张晓佳住处。

26日21时30分许，四人离开宿舍，窦硕、贝方明、黄特先到网吧。闫广睿到商业街快乐福超市购买黄色塑料手套3副，印有“快乐福超市”字样的塑料袋10个，后去网吧。窦硕用黄特的手机给张晓佳发信息称自己走了。

27日1时多，窦硕、贝方明、黄特前往张晓佳暂住地。贝方明叫开房门，和黄特一同进入，并称一会儿闫广睿还要过来。从张晓佳手中要过房门钥匙，张晓佳回二层休息。两三分钟后，贝方明开门让窦硕进屋。进门后，窦硕将皮鞋脱下，到一层楼梯口鞋架上取一双拖鞋穿上，藏到二层西数第三间房屋内。贝方明、黄特到张晓佳房间门口叫张晓佳出来，称闫广睿因张晓佳让退股之事在楼下生气，让张晓佳下楼劝说。到一层吧台处时，贝方明用准备好的斧子击打张晓佳的头部，后继续砍。黄特转身到二层，和窦硕一同进入丁晓利的房间。窦硕上前掐丁晓利的脖子，黄特帮忙按住丁晓利的右手，直至丁晓利不动。

窦硕、黄特到一层，贝方明见窦硕的脖子被抓伤，建议把丁晓利的指甲剪掉，避免留下证据。贝方明从一层杂物间拿一个指甲刀，三人到二层，贝方明将丁晓利的指甲剪掉带走。

贝方明从茶几上的手包中拿走现金一万元左右。窦硕从丁晓利的手上取下戒指一枚。后窦硕、黄特到三层卫生间，几分钟后，三人下楼。贝方明又将张晓佳手上戒指取下。窦硕到门口换上皮鞋，将拖鞋扔给黄特，让黄特将拖鞋放回原处，后三人离开。贝方明向北离开，窦硕、黄特回到网吧继续上网。6时许，窦硕、黄特、闫广睿返回宿舍。

2010年5月1日，犯罪嫌疑人贝方明在云南省耿马县孟定镇薪源宾馆301号房间被云南省耿马县公安局孟定派出所抓获。

目前，犯罪嫌疑人窦硕、黄特、闫广睿、贝方明、尚岩伟已被延庆县局刑事拘留。

Report on the “4.27” Murders of Zhang Xiaojia and Ding Xiaoli in Yanqing County
At 9:22 on April 27, 2010, the Criminal Investigation Brigade of Yanqing County Bureau sent police to the Service Command Office of the County Bureau. Someone died in Beijing Fangmingge Foot Therapy Shop in Commercial Street, Kangzhuang Town, County. After receiving the report, Director Liu Ze of Yanqing County Bureau and Deputy Director Wang Kehao immediately led the criminal investigation, public security, command center, inspector and other departments to the scene, and cooperated with the local Kangzhuang Police Station to carry out work. After receiving the report, Jia Wenlei, deputy head of the first team of the corps, Liu Hua of the forensic center, Fan Jihong of the technical department and other leaders led the investigators to the scene to start work.

After careful investigation, the project team arrested the suspect Dou Shuo (male, 21 years old, born in 1989, from Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province) at the Kangzhuang Campus of Beijing Humanities University at 10:00 on April 28, 2010. The suspect Huang Te (male, 17 years old, born in 1993, from Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province) was arrested at about 13:00, and the suspect Yan Guangrui (male, 20 years old, born in 1990, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province) was arrested at about 15:00 city people) captured. At the same time, Shang Yanwei (female, 21 years old, born in 1989, from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province) who was suspected of covering up was arrested and the case was solved. 1. The circumstances of the incident
   (1) Discovery and reporting process
   According to the policeman Wei Yongping (male, 36 years old, from Hebei, privately transported in a black car): at 9:00 on April 27, 2010, he came back to transport vegetables for Zhang Xiaoxia. Zhang asked him to ask his younger brother Zhang Xiaojia to come out to work, and he found that the shutter door of Zhang Xiaojia’s temporary residence was opened about 15 centimeters. When he entered the house, he saw Zhang Xiaojia lying on the ground with a lot of blood, so he called the police immediately.

(2) On-site investigation
After investigation, the scene was located in Fangmingge Foot Therapy Shop, No. 127, Xinglong Commercial Street, Kangzhuang Town, Yanqing County. The store faces east from west and has three floors. The door of the house is located on the first floor, facing east. The outer side is an upper and lower rolling door (in a half-open shape), and the inner side is a double-leaf glass door.

The entrance on the first floor is the foyer, the bar is under the west wall, and the sofa and coffee table are on the south side. There is a wet white towel with red stains on the bar counter, and the door of a cabinet inside is open. On the west side of the foyer are utility rooms and pedicure rooms, on the westernmost side are stairs, and under the north wall is an aisle. The male deceased was located in the aisle on the first floor, with his head lying on his back, his hands behind his back. Wear a green hoodie, pajama pants, and a pair of cotton slippers. A large amount of blood can be seen around the head, and a large amount of blood can be seen on the side wall below 1 meter.

There is an aisle under the south wall of the second floor, and there are four houses on the north side. The first house in Western Digital is neatly arranged. The quilt on the bed in the second house was opened, and a counterfeit mobile phone (number 13520955848) was found under the quilt. The third house has no bedding. A single bed was placed on the left side of the entrance to the fourth house, and the deceased woman lay on the bed with her head north and her feet south. His body was covered with quilts and clothes, his upper body was naked, and his lower body was wearing underwear. One piece of broken nail was extracted from the blood-stained pillow, and one piece of clipped nail was extracted beside the left arm of the female deceased. One spot was visible on the left chest of the deceased woman, and one hair was found on the right chest. The cause of death was traumatic brain injury combined with hemorrhagic shock. The crime tool is a sharp tool with certain quality and easy to swing, and a small ax is more suitable.

The female deceased had no tool injuries, her rigor was relatively strong, and there were transferred corpse spots. The face is cyanotic, and dense spotting bleeding can be seen in the bulbar conjunctiva. Flaky hemorrhage can be seen in the soft tissue surrounding the greater horn of the left hyoid bone. Heart, lung, laryngeal mucous membranes can be seen bleeding points. The tip of the tongue sticks out, and there are bite marks on the tongue surface. The female deceased was pregnant, her uterus was enlarged, and there was a fetal sac inside, and there was 2.5 cm long embryonic tissue in the fetal sac. The time of death of the two deceased was similar, about 3:00 in the morning and about 3 hours after the meal.

12. Case analysis and work deployment
    According to the on-site investigation, forensic examination and preliminary investigation and visits, the project team preliminarily analyzed that this case was a premeditated murder case with at least 2 people involved. The suspect was able to successfully call the door open at night and enter the scene, which is most likely committed by an acquaintance. 3. The process of solving the case

Based on the situation reported by the deceased’s brother, the project team launched an investigation on Dou Shuo, the partner of the hot pot restaurant. After investigation, Dou Shuo is a student in Class 0902 of Communication Engineering, College of Humanities. The project team immediately examined Dou Shuo and found obvious and fresh scratches on Dou Shuo’s neck. Dou Shuo reflected: the scratch on his neck was caused by Shang Yanwei when he had a dispute with his girlfriend Shang Yanwei during lunch on the 26th. On the evening of the 26th, he and his dormitory classmates Bei Fangming, Huang Te, and Yan Guangrui went to an Internet cafe to surf the Internet overnight. On the way, Bei Fangming left alone and never returned. Huang Te’s mobile phone was taken away when he left. The phone number is 15210668109. The project team also interviewed and reviewed Huang Te, Yan Guangrui, Shang Yanwei, roommate Guo Jianting, and Yan Guangrui’s girlfriend Zhang Chenying. The situation described by Dou Shuo, Huang Te, Yan Guangrui and Shang Yanwei is basically the same, and it is reported that Bei Fangming’s mobile phone number is 13520955848. But Zhang Chenying said that Dou Shuo and Shang Yanwei had no conflict. Guo Jianting also reflected that Dou Shuo was not injured before going to the Internet cafe on the evening of the 26th.

Since the mobile phone number extracted at the scene was consistent with Bei Fangming’s mobile phone number, the project team initially analyzed that Bei Fangming was suspected of committing the crime.

After viewing the surveillance video of the Internet cafe, it was found that at 22:03 on the 26th, Dou Shuo and Huang Te entered the Internet cafe, and Huang Te was carrying a black shoulder bag. At 22:07, Bei Fangming entered the Internet cafe. At 22:09, Yan Guangrui entered the Internet cafe. At 2:17 on the 27th, Dou Shuo, Bei Fangming, and Huang Te left the Internet cafe. Huang Te was still carrying a black shoulder bag. At 4:46, Dou Shuo and Huang Te entered the Internet cafe again. At 6:06, Dou Shuo, Huang Te, and Yan Guangrui left.

To sum up, the project team analyzed that the statements of Dou Shuo, Huang Te, Yan Guangrui, and Shang Yanwei were inconsistent with the facts, so they stepped up the review. Later, Dou Shuo and others confessed the criminal facts of robbery and murder of Zhang Xiaojia and Ding Xiaoli.

It is not clear where Dou Shuo and Bei Fangming went to the commercial street, but not long after the two of them left, Huang Te heard the sound of knocking and opening the shutter door. According to this situation, it was found that Dou Shuo, Bei Fangming and Huang Te were suspected of major crimes. On April 28, our team summoned the criminal suspects Dou Shuo, Huang Te, and Yan Guangrui to the Criminal Investigation Brigade of Yanqing County Public Security Bureau for interrogation.

After interrogation, the suspects Dou Shuo, Huang Te, and Yan Guangrui confessed: In November 2009, Dou Shuo met Zhang when he went to wash feet in Zhang Xiaojia’s pedicure shop. A month later, Dou Shuo and Zhang Xiaojia negotiated to jointly operate the hot pot restaurant, with Zhang in charge of the operation. Dou Shuo then found Huang Te, Yan Guangrui, and Bei Fangming to jointly invest. Because Dou contributed the most, he became the legal person of the hot pot restaurant. After the Spring Festival, Dou told Bei Fangming, Huang Te, and Yan Guangrui that Zhang Xiaojia intended to let Bei Fangming and the other three withdraw. At about 21:30 on the 26th, the four left the dormitory. Dou Shuo, Bei Fangming, and Huang Te went to the Internet cafe first.
