2011年1月16日延庆县李桂霞故意杀人案工作情况
2011年1月16日早7时，李桂霞（女，44岁，河北省张家口市赤城县东卯镇西二道河村）报警称：自己将前夫古连营（男，60岁，延庆县千家店镇下德龙湾村古家窑）在千家店镇下德龙湾村古家窑老村家中砍死。接报后刑侦大队政委闻志勇、副大队长赵琳飞、刘洪武立即带领侦查员赶赴现场开展工作。
一、接报情况
2011年1月16日早7时，李桂霞拨打延庆县公安局刑侦大队四中队值班电话69183636讲：自己在千家店镇下德龙湾村古家窑前夫家中将前夫古连营杀死。接报后刑侦大队民警立即赶往现场，并将情况通报千家店派出所。随后千家店派出所在下德龙湾村把李桂霞控制。
二、死者情况
古连营、男，汉族，1951年出生，身份证号，户籍地延庆县千家店镇下德龙湾村古家窑，现住该地址。
三、犯罪嫌疑人情况
李桂霞、女，汉族，1966年出生，身份证号，户籍地河北省张家口市赤城县东卯镇苇子沟村二道河，现住该地址。
四、现场勘查及法医检验情况
现场位于北京市延庆县千家店镇古家窑村古连营家。古连营家为一处独院，西侧为山沟，东侧为土坡，院子无院墙、院门。在土坡上停放有1辆三轮车。院内北侧为5间平房，房门开在东数第3间，为内开双扇木门。门外侧挂有绿色棉门帘。屋内东南侧、西南侧是灶台，西侧放有木柜，柜上放有2个牛栏山二锅头酒空瓶。柜子东侧平放有一块门板，门板上放有一件黑色棉衣。门板东侧放有一只黑色棉鞋和2只黑色袜子。屋内北侧放有水缸，东北角地面放有1个牛栏山二锅头酒空瓶。北房东侧两间为通屋，屋内北侧是木板搭起的柜子，南侧是炕，炕上铺有被褥。尸体位于炕上西侧，头北脚南，右侧卧位，头下放有枕头。尸体上身穿灰色毛衣，下身穿棕色毛裤，赤足。尸体左面部多处东西向平行创口，头部西侧有一处40*30厘米血泊。西侧墙面上有喷溅、甩溅血迹。尸体东侧放有被褥，被褥下覆盖有一把斧子。斧子长42厘米，斧子头上沾有大量血迹。
五、访问情况：
1、访问古连营三嫂子田玉梅（女，69岁，千家店镇下德龙湾村古家窑35号）讲：2011年1月15日15时许，李桂霞带的古海萍来到她家，说是给古海萍到医院输液去了。过来一会古连营也来到她家。李桂霞让古连营回家烧炕，说怕一会孩子回去家里冷，后古连营就回家了。下午18时，李桂霞带着古海萍就回古连营家了，自己也到外面遛弯去了。大约21时，怕古连营和李桂霞打架就到村西古连营家沟边看看，听见古连营在和李桂霞吵架自己就回家了。16日凌晨2时许，李桂霞带着古海萍敲门来她家，说怕古连营打她们娘俩就到她家了，并看见古海萍没穿裤子。早晨7时许听见有人给李桂霞打电话，李桂霞拿着电话到外面接的，一会有警察将李桂霞带走了。
2、访问村民王占琴（女，51岁，千家店镇下德龙湾村古家窑）讲：早晨8点多，在村中听说昨天古连营的前妻回来了。夜里怕古连营打她，凌晨带着孩子躲到古连营三嫂子家中。其他情况不清楚。
3、访问村民侯汉华（女，52岁，千家店镇下德龙湾村古家窑9号）讲：2011年1月1日17时许，在村中看见古连营的前妻领着孩子古海萍，从田玉梅家中出来往古连营家中走。两人说了几句话，古连营的前妻领着孩子古海萍往古连营家中走了。晚上10时许，她和田玉梅到外面玩牌回家路过古连营家。她看见古连营家亮着灯，并听见古连营和前妻在吵架，后就回家了。
4、访问被害人女儿古海萍（女，25岁，有精神病，语言表达不清）讲：自己回家，母亲也陪她住在父亲古连营家中。晚上父亲古连营做饭时，自己用手打父亲。凌晨3点，自己又从火盆边拿斧子砍父亲约5分钟，母亲也拿这把斧子砍父亲古连营头部。不清楚共砍了多少下，后母亲带着自己到三大爷家去了。
六、嫌疑人交待情况：
犯罪嫌疑人李桂霞交待得知：1992年4月李桂霞同古连营离婚，女儿古海萍（女，1986年3月28日生）由古连营抚养。2010年12月，李桂霞发现女儿古海萍已怀孕，自己怀疑古海萍被古连营糟蹋，古海萍所怀孩子是古连营的。2011年1月14日，李桂霞带古海萍到河北省怀来县医院做人工引产手术，在医院古海萍不配合做手术。后二人暂住怀来县天龙宾馆，在宾馆李桂霞产生要杀死古连营，以这种方法来救孩子古海萍的想法。1月15日，李桂霞准备将女儿送回千家店镇下德龙湾村前夫家中。14时许，在延庆县永宁镇920车站恰好遇到前夫古连营，后三人一同坐车回到千家店镇下德龙湾村古连营家中。在古连营家，古连营一直谩骂李桂霞和女儿古海萍。古连营对李桂霞讲，如果李桂霞告他强奸古海萍，就等他做牢回来后，到赤城县东卯镇将李桂霞现任丈夫和孩子全都杀死。李桂霞更加坚定要杀死古连营的想法。晚10时，古连营一边骂一边拿起一个酒瓶要打李桂霞。李桂霞发现放在墙根处的斧子，拿起斧子与古连营对峙。古连营放下酒瓶，要上炕睡觉。李桂霞怕古连营夜里碰自己，就不让他上炕睡觉，要他到外屋地上睡，古连营不同意。李桂霞让古连营喝掉一瓶白酒再上炕睡觉，好趁古连营睡熟之际将其杀死。后古连营将一瓶白酒喝完就上炕睡觉了。李桂霞看着古连营睡觉，16日凌晨1时30分许，古海萍下炕到外屋方便（小便）。李桂霞趁机拿起斧子，向古连营面部砍了三、四下。后带领女儿跑到古连营三嫂子田玉梅家。早7时许，拨打延庆公安局刑侦大队四中队值班电话报警，称自己杀人了，要民警赶快来。

The scene is located at Gulianyingjia, Gujiayao Village, Qianjiadian Town, Yanqing County, Beijing. Gu Lianying’s house is a single courtyard, with a ravine on the west side and an earth slope on the east side. The courtyard has no walls or gates. There is a tricycle parked on the slope. There are 5 one-story houses on the north side of the courtyard. The door of the house is the third from the east, and it is a double wooden door that opens inward. A green cotton curtain is hung on the outside of the door. There are stoves on the southeast and southwest sides of the house, and a wooden cabinet on the west side, on which are two empty bottles of Niulanshan Erguotou wine. There is a door panel on the east side of the cabinet, and a black cotton coat is placed on the door panel. There is a black cotton shoe and 2 black socks on the east side of the door. There is a water tank on the north side of the house, and an empty bottle of Niulanshan Erguotou wine is placed on the ground in the northeast corner. The two rooms on the east side of the north house are connected houses. The north side of the house is a cabinet built with wooden boards, and the south side is a kang on which bedding is spread. The corpse is located on the west side of the kang, with the head north and the feet south, lying on the right side with a pillow under the head. - Interviewing villager Hou Hanhua (female, 52 years old, No. 9 Gujiayao, Xiadelongwan Village, Qianjiadian Township), said: At about 17:00 on January 1, 2011, I saw Gu Lianying’s ex-wife leading the child Gu Haiping in the village. Get out of Tian Yumei’s house and go to Gu Lianying’s house. The two exchanged a few words, and Gu Lianying’s ex-wife led the child, Gu Haiping, to Gu Lianying’s house. At about 10 o’clock in the evening, she and Tian Yumei went outside to play cards and went home passing by Gulianying’s house. She saw the lights on at Gu Lianying’s house, and heard Gu Lianying and his ex-wife quarreling, and then went home.
- Interview with the victim’s daughter Gu Haiping (female, 25 years old, mentally ill, unable to speak clearly): she went home by herself, and her mother stayed with her at her father’s Gu Lianying home. At night, when my father Gu Lianying was cooking, he beat his father with his hands. At 3 o’clock in the morning, I took the ax from the brazier and chopped my father for about 5 minutes, and my mother also took the ax to chop the head of my father Gu Lianying. I don’t know how many chops were made, but the mother took her to the third grandfather’s house.
- The suspect’s confession:
The criminal suspect Li Guixia confessed that she divorced Gu Lianying in April 1992, and her daughter Gu Haiping (female, born on March 28, 1986) was raised by Gu Lianying. In December 2010, Li Guixia found out that her daughter, Gu Haiping, was pregnant. She suspected that Gu Haiping had been raped by Gu Lianying, and that the child Gu Haiping was pregnant with was Gu Lianying’s. On January 14, 2011, Li Guixia took Gu Haiping to Huailai County Hospital in Hebei Province for an artificial labor induction operation, but Gu Haiping refused to cooperate with the operation at the hospital. The latter two temporarily stayed at the Tianlong Hotel in Huailai County, where Li Guixia came up with the idea of killing Gu Lianying in order to save her child Gu Haiping in this way. On January 15, Li Guixia planned to send her daughter back to her ex-husband’s home in Xiadelongwan Village, Qianjiadian Township. At around 14:00, I happened to meet my ex-husband Gu Lianying at the 920 station in Yongning Town, Yanqing County, and the three of them drove back to Gu Lianying’s home in Xiadelongwan Village, Qianjiadian Town. At Gu Lianying’s house, Gu Lianying abused Li Guixia and her daughter Gu Haiping all the time. Gu Lianying told Li Guixia that if Li Guixia accused him of raping Gu Haiping, he would go to Dongmao Town, Chicheng County and kill Li Guixia’s current husband and children after he returned from prison. Li Guixia is even more determined to kill Gu Lianying. At 10:00 p.m., Gu Lianying scolded and picked up a wine bottle to beat Li Guixia. Li Guixia found the ax placed at the base of the wall, and took the ax to confront Gu Lianying. Gu Lianying put down the wine bottle and went to sleep on the kang.
