延庆县局关于命案机构上报的情况
延庆县公安局刑侦大队内设重案及侵财队为刑侦大队四中队，定编警力共为26人，下设中队长一名、副队长两名，探长五名，一名副队长兼探长，设6个探组，每组四人（包括探长）。
现重案队实有在职警力人数为11人，现有中队长1名（在刑侦大队五中队工作），副中队长1名，空缺副中队长1名；项目内勤1名，探长3名，侦查员6名。
现重案队侦查工作主要为八大类案件（抢劫、强奸、绑架、重伤、伤害致死、投毒、爆炸、杀人、放火；注：不再承担入室盗等侵财案件）及领导交办的案件和有影响的敏感性、系列性案件。
目前所面临的困难主要为人员短缺，设备短缺及技术人才方面。
目前需要解决的是加强命案专业和刑侦技术有关现场痕迹、物证方面的专业培训；尽快解决最小战斗单元的警力配备及相关硬设备问题，以及与市属相关单位的协作问题。

The current difficulties are mainly the shortage of personnel, equipment and technical personnel.
At present, what needs to be solved is to strengthen the professional training of homicide and criminal investigation technology related to on-site traces and physical evidence; to solve the problem of police force allocation and related hardware equipment for the smallest combat unit as soon as possible, and the problem of cooperation with relevant municipal units.
