尤桂明，男，，户籍地：河北赤城县样田乡上马山村，在逃人员编号为：T1102290009992001080012。
2000年3月2日11时许，嫌疑人尤桂明伙同王瑞平（已判决）等人在海淀区小营环岛北侧，骗租卢金芝驾驶的松花江牌面包车。行至延庆县南荒滩“五七林场”树林内，尤桂明等人用石头猛砸卢金芝头部，致卢金芝重度颅脑损伤合并机械性窒息死亡。后抢走卢金芝面包车及人民币200余元和手机、汉显寻呼机各一部，共价值人民币37500余元。
2000年4月3日，嫌疑人尤桂明在延庆县旧县白草洼村将出租车司机张庆国（男，47岁）杀死后将车辆劫走，后在逃。我局于2000年5月11日，将他上公安网追逃。
2011年6月13日，犯罪嫌疑人尤桂明驾驶二轮摩托车在海淀区永丰路大牛坊村与他人发生交通事故。当时他自称叫“高翔”，后经查实其真名叫尤桂明系网上在逃人员。
2011年6月20日，尤桂明被海淀分局移交到我局，现羁押在延庆县看守所。
2011年6月21日，我局将其撤销追逃。

At about 11 o’clock on March 2, 2000, suspect You Guiming, together with Wang Ruiping (judged) and others, cheated to rent a Songhuajiang van driven by Lu Jinzhi on the north side of Xiaoying Huandao in Haidian District. Traveling to the “Wuqi Forest Farm” in Nanhuangtan, Yanqing County, You Guiming and others smashed Lu Jinzhi’s head with stones, causing Lu Jinzhi’s severe craniocerebral injury combined with mechanical asphyxiation and death. Later, they took away Lu Jinzhi’s van, more than 200 yuan, a mobile phone and a Chinese display pager, worth more than 37,500 yuan in total.
On April 3, 2000, the suspect You Guiming killed the taxi driver Zhang Qingguo (male, 47 years old) in Baicaowa Village, Jiuxian County, Yanqing County, and then took the car away, and then fled. On May 11, 2000, our police station went to the police network to chase him away.
On June 13, 2011, the criminal suspect You Guiming was driving a two-wheeled motorcycle and had a traffic accident with others in Daniufang Village, Yongfeng Road, Haidian District. At that time, he called himself “Gao Xiang”, but it was later verified that his real name was You Guiming, a fugitive from the Internet.
On June 20, 2011, You Guiming was transferred to our bureau by the Haidian Sub-bureau and is currently detained in the Yanqing County Detention Center.
On June 21, 2011, our bureau revoked its pursuit.
