延庆县李攀故意杀人案件报告
2012年5月22日22时许，李牛牛报案称：2012年5月22日21时40分左右，在延庆县八达岭南索道员工宿舍区卫生间内，八达岭长城索道公司保安李攀（男，22岁）因琐事与八达岭长城索道公司员工孙国生（男，31岁）发生矛盾。后李攀用刀将孙国生扎伤（致死）。接报告后延庆县局局长李忠义，副局长封晓源、刑侦大队大队长赵琳飞、政委王爱丰带领刑侦大队重案队、技术队立即赶赴现场展开调查访问工作。
一、现场勘查情况
现场位于八达岭南索道员工宿舍北数第一间的卫生间内。卫生间内的水池边、墙上有血迹，卫生间门口地面及墙上有血迹。在卫生间南侧的锅炉房内提取折迭刀一把，刀上有血迹。
二、法医尸检情况
孙国生左胸、左颈、左上臂、左背部各一处刀伤。其中左胸部刺创进入胸腔，刺破右心室与室腔贯通，至失血性休克死亡。
三、死者情况
孙国生，男，31岁，1981年出生，身份证号，户籍地：辽宁省凌源市三十家子镇白家油坊村，现住：延庆县八达岭南索道员工宿舍。
四、报警人情况
据报案人李牛牛（男，40岁）讲：2012年5月22日21时40分左右，他在八达岭南索道监控室值班。听见外边“啊”的一声，后跑出监控室。他看见宿舍北侧厕所里付海涛和崔海甲架着孙国生，孙国生用手捂着脖子，脖子流了好多血。孙国生对他说：“快报警，我不行了。”当时，李攀站在旁边，他便打电话报警。
五、现场工作情况
一是立即封锁现场，开展调查访问工作。康庄派出所值班领导立即带领民警赶赴现场封闭现场，确保现场完整。
二是汇同医护人员开展救治工作。
六、访问情况
1、崔海甲讲：2012年5月22日21时30分左右，他在八达岭南索道宿舍内睡觉，听见屋外过道有人在对骂。他穿好衣服出来，看见过道内孙国生站着靠在过道的墙上，李攀站在据孙国生大约两米的地方。付海涛用手抓着李攀的右手，当时李攀右手拿着一把刀子。他赶紧过去劝李攀别激动，并跟他要刀子。他伸手去拽刀子，李攀松手，他把刀子拿了过来。后他把刀子扔在过道洗澡间的地上。他看见孙国生躺在地上，身上有好多血，脖子左侧有一处长约2公分的口子。
2、付海涛讲：2012年5月22日21时40分左右，他在八达岭南索道宿舍听见有吵架声，声音还挺大的。他出宿舍听见声音是从卫生间传出来的，走到卫生间门口看见孙国生和李攀在水池边上互相吵。他怕二人凑在一块，赶紧上前把他们两个人分开。孙国生从门走出去，向他宿舍的方向走。这时崔海甲也过来了，听见崔海甲说：“把刀子放下。”他看见崔海甲一只手抓着李攀拿刀子的手腕，他赶紧用手抓住李攀的胳膊，并对他说：“把刀子放下。”当时也没有仔细看这把刀子。他看见孙国生后背衣服上有一条血迹，左前胸的衣服上也有血。衣服的左胸部位有个口子，周围全是血，口子有2、3厘米长。随后他打120电话。
七、抓获经过
接报警后，民警到现场将犯罪嫌疑人李攀控制，后带至公安机关。

李攀，男，1990年出生，户籍地：河南省南阳市卧龙区英庄镇，居住地：北京市延庆县八达岭镇长城南索道员工宿舍，身份证号：。
（二）供述情况
经审讯，犯罪嫌疑人李攀初步供述：2012年5月22日21时许，李攀在延庆县八达岭南索道员工宿舍区卫生间内，与孙国生因使用脸盆发生口角。后李攀用随身携带的折迭刀将孙国生扎伤致死。
根据上述情况，犯罪嫌疑人李攀已抓获归案，他对犯罪事实供认不讳。犯罪嫌疑人李攀已被延庆县公安局刑事拘留。
