3.08北京金隅科技学院焦伟伤害致死案破案报告
一、接报警情况
2012年3月8日13时5分许，房山公安分局刑侦支队接110布警：2012年3月8日12时57分许，琉璃河派出所报：20分钟前，在北京市房山区琉璃河镇平各庄村北京金隅科技学院内，两名学生因琐事打架。其中一人持刀扎伤另一人脖子，120到现场确认死亡。死者修晓桐（男，1995年出生，北京金隅科技学院加机1103班学生，北京市房山区琉璃河镇人号），嫌疑人焦伟（男，北京金隅科技学院加机1105班学生，北京市大兴区庞各庄镇人，已控制）。接警后，我队侦查员立即赶赴现场并在琉璃河派出所的配合下开展工作。
二、嫌疑人情况
犯罪嫌疑人：焦伟，男，1995年生，汉族，北京金隅科技学院加机1105班学生，群众，身份证号码：，户籍所在地：北京市大兴区庞各庄镇常各庄村，现住址：北京市大兴区庞各庄镇常各庄村。
犯罪嫌疑人：何文彬，男，1994年生，汉族，北京金隅科技学院加机1105班学生，群众，身份证号码：，户籍所在地：北京市大兴区庞各庄镇，现住址：北京市大兴区庞各庄镇。
犯罪嫌疑人：刘志文，男，1995年生，汉族，北京金隅科技学院加机1105班学生，群众，身份证号码：，户籍所在地：山西省广灵县蕉山乡刘家窑村，现住址：北京市房山区琉璃河镇北京金隅科技学校学生宿舍。
三、案件侦破情况
经工作查明，2012年3月8日11时10分许，北京金隅科技学校加机1103班学生学生赵斌（男，16岁，中国河北省涿州市人）从教学楼四层厕所出来时，撞到进入厕所的加机1105班学生焦伟（男，16岁，北京市大兴区庞各庄镇人）。随后赵斌与同班同学修晓桐（男，16岁，北京市房山区琉璃河镇人）与焦伟发生口角，赵斌让焦伟中午放学后到其班里找他。中午12时许，焦伟与赵斌在教学楼四层楼道内协商此事未果，后决定去操场解决此事。赵斌纠集同班同学修晓桐（男，16岁，北京市房山区琉璃河镇人）、陈伟（男，17岁，北京市房山区青龙湖镇人）、荆祥（男，17岁，中国山西省大同市人）、及许健（男，18岁，电1071班学生，北京市房山区琉璃河镇人）等人前往操场。焦伟在去往操场过程中，与同班同学何文彬（男，17岁，北京市大兴区庞各庄村人）商量后，何文彬让同班同学刘志文（男，17岁，中国山西省大同市人）到其宿舍内拿折迭刀。后何文彬将此刀交给焦伟，让焦伟带着去操场。随后，焦伟与赵斌、修晓桐在学校操场旁的厕所里互殴过程中，持刀将修晓桐颈部扎伤后致其死亡。
侦查员在学校内先后将焦伟、何文彬、刘志文抓获，三人对上述事实供认不讳。
至此，本案成功告破。

It was found through work that at around 11:10 on March 8, 2012, Zhao Bin (male, 16 years old, from Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, China), a student in Class 1103 of Beijing Jinyu Science and Technology School, came out of the toilet on the fourth floor of the teaching building. , bumped into Jiao Wei (male, 16 years old, from Panggezhuang Town, Daxing District, Beijing) who was entering the toilet. Later, Zhao Bin and his classmate Xiu Xiaotong (male, 16 years old, from Liulihe Town, Fangshan District, Beijing) had an argument with Jiao Wei. Zhao Bin asked Jiao Wei to look for him in his class after school at noon. At around 12:00 noon, Jiao Wei and Zhao Bin failed to negotiate the matter in the corridor on the fourth floor of the teaching building, and then decided to go to the playground to resolve the matter.
