6.07房山区良乡杨军林伤害致死案破案报告
一、接报案情况
2012年6月7日23时21分至23时40分，房山分局良乡派出所连续接到事主报案称在北京市房山区良乡三角地有人被扎伤。接到报告后，派出所治安民警立即赶赴现场开展工作。民警到现场后，伤者已被送往北亚骨科医院进行救治。
二、工作情况
经工作查明：2012 年 6 月 7 日 18 时许，在长阳环岛卖麻辣烫的杨军林（男，40岁，身份证号：，户籍地：中国河南省罗山县子路真赵岗村张寨组，现住址：北京市房山区拱辰街道小南关村）与同另一麻辣烫摊主丑海飞（男，29岁，身份证号:，户籍地：中国甘肃省合水县段家集乡王庄行政村堡子畔自然村 ）因琐事发生纠纷。6月7日23时许，丑海飞纠集徐和平（男，23岁，身份证号:，户籍地：中国陕西省韩城市龙亭镇城南村三组）、徐小奇（男，23岁，身份证号:，户籍地：中国陕西省韩城市龙亭镇城南村2组）、王博琦（男，23岁，户籍地：中国吉林省蛟河市民主街道文明胡同，现为长阳权金城员工）持木棍在房山区拱辰街道绿地新都会工地西门前辅路对杨军林进行殴打。在殴打过程中杨军林持刀将王博琦腹部扎伤，后王博琦被送往北亚骨科医院进行救治。2012年6月9日12时许，王博琦经抢救无效死亡。
现杨军林因涉嫌故意伤害已被分局刑事拘留。

6.07 Report on solving the case of Yang Junlin’s injury and death in Liangxiang, Fangshan District
- The situation of receiving reports
From 23:21 to 23:40 on June 7, 2012, the Liangxiang Police Station of the Fangshan Sub-bureau received consecutive reports from the victim that someone was stabbed in the triangle area of Liangxiang, Fangshan District, Beijing. After receiving the report, the public security police of the police station rushed to the scene to carry out work immediately. After the police arrived at the scene, the injured were sent to Beiya Orthopedic Hospital for treatment. - Working conditions
It was found through work: at around 18:00 on June 7, 2012, Yang Junlin (male, 40 years old, ID number: , registered address: Zhangzhai, Zhenzhaogang Village, Zilu Road, Luoshan County, Henan Province, China) was selling Malatang on Changyang Huandao Group, current address: Xiaonanguan Village, Gongchen Street, Fangshan District, Beijing) and Chou Haifei (male, 29 years old, male, 29 years old, ID number:, household registration place: Duanjiaji, Heshui County, Gansu Province, China) Township Wangzhuang Administrative Village Baozipan Natural Village) disputes over trivial matters. During the beating, Yang Junlin stabbed Wang Boqi in the abdomen with a knife, after which Wang Boqi was sent to Beiya Orthopedic Hospital for treatment. At around 12 o’clock on June 9, 2012, Wang Boqi died after rescue efforts failed.
Now Yang Junlin has been criminally detained by the sub-bureau on suspicion of intentional injury.
