感情纠葛欲跳楼 民警闻讯忙施救
为积极响应人民群众新期待，进一步密切警民关系，结合当前开展的党员干部集中教育实践活动，近日分局万盛派出所成功解救一名欲跳楼轻生女子。
闻警而动 迅速处置
8月28日12时许，万盛派出所接分局指挥中心转警：万盛经开区三元水岸A栋29楼楼顶处有一名女子欲跳楼自杀，情况紧急。接到指令后，万盛派出所值班民警肖光维、程家康迅速出警。
民警在小区保安的指引下到达房顶现场，见该女子坐在楼顶不锈钢栏杆外情绪激动且边哭边打电话，情形十分危急。民警肖光维立即向分局指挥中心汇报并请求支持，民警程家康则走访临近住户居民了解女子基本情况但走访住户均称不认识该女子。两名民警只得暂时隐蔽在楼顶角落观察女子动向，适机实施救援。
协同配合 成功施救
大概过了10分钟左右，一名约40多岁的妇女跑到楼顶，迅速冲向跳楼女子，情况非常危险，民警肖光维、程家康立即上前乘机将跳楼女子抓住，三人合力将欲跳楼女子往上拉。当时，该女子情绪失控，全身悬空仍挣扎着朝下跳，因隔着栏杆，三人合力也未能将其完全拉上围栏。正在千钧一发的时刻，万盛派出所所长秦北海率增援民警和消防支队官兵赶来，通过协同配合最终成功施救。
了解缘由 悉心开导
经调查得知：该欲跳楼女子名叫马某，户籍地贵州省桐梓县芭蕉乡，一年前与万东镇居民刘某结婚。事发当日，马某与丈夫因情感问题引发争执就赌气离家出走到三元水岸干妈李某（后来冲上围栏边的那名40多岁的妇女。）家中。当天，马某一直给刘某打电话叫他过来面对面商谈，但刘某始终不答应，马某情急之下竟萌生了跳楼自杀的念头。
事后，万盛派出所民警积极对刘某进行耐心劝说、细心开导，待其情绪稳定后，民警遂与她的亲属取得联系。见到马某平安无事，其亲属热泪盈眶，对民警的热心施救表示由衷的感谢。

Emotional entanglement wanted to jump off the building, the police rushed to rescue after hearing the news
In order to actively respond to the new expectations of the people and further strengthen the relationship between the police and the people, combined with the current intensive education and practice activities for party members and cadres, the Wansheng Police Station of the Branch Bureau recently successfully rescued a woman who wanted to commit suicide by jumping off a building.
Hearing the alarm, act quickly
At around 12:00 on August 28, the Wansheng Police Station received a report from the command center of the sub-bureau and transferred the police: a woman on the roof of the 29th floor of Building A, Sanyuan Shui’an, Wansheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, was about to commit suicide by jumping off the building, and the situation was urgent. After receiving the order, Xiao Guangwei and Cheng Jiakang, the police officers on duty at the Wansheng Police Station, dispatched the police quickly.
The police arrived at the scene of the roof under the guidance of the security of the community, and saw the woman sitting outside the stainless steel railing on the roof emotionally and crying while making a phone call. The situation was very critical. Policeman Xiao Guangwei immediately reported to the command center of the sub-bureau and asked for support. Policeman Cheng Jiakang visited nearby residents to understand the basic situation of the woman, but all the interviewed residents said they did not know the woman. The two policemen had to temporarily hide in the corner of the roof to observe the woman’s movements and rescue them when the time came.
Coordinated and successful rescue
About 10 minutes later, a woman in her 40s ran to the top of the building and rushed towards the woman who jumped off the building. The situation was very dangerous. The woman who jumped from the building pulled up. At that time, the woman lost control of her emotions and was still struggling to jump down while her whole body was suspended in the air. Because of the railing, the three of them worked together and failed to fully pull her up the fence. At the critical moment, Qin Beihai, the director of the Wansheng Police Station, led the reinforcements of the police and officers and soldiers of the fire brigade, and finally succeeded in rescue through cooperation.
Understand the reason and enlighten carefully
After investigation, it was found that the woman who wanted to jump from the building was named Ma, whose household registration was in Bajiao Township, Tongzi County, Guizhou Province, and married Liu, a resident of Wandong Town, a year ago. On the day of the incident, Ma and her husband ran away from home in anger due to a dispute over emotional issues, and went to the home of Sanyuanshui’s godmother Li (the woman in her 40s who later rushed to the fence.). On the same day, Ma kept calling Liu and asked him to come over for a face-to-face discussion, but Liu never agreed. In desperation, Ma had the idea of committing suicide by jumping off a building.
After the incident, the police from the Wansheng Police Station actively persuaded and enlightened Liu patiently. After her mood stabilized, the police then contacted her relatives. Seeing that Ma was safe and sound, his relatives burst into tears and expressed their sincere gratitude to the police for their enthusiastic rescue.
