成功查处一起团伙赌博案件
为进一步营造良好的社会治安环境，进一步扩大教育实践活动成果，迎接党的“十八大”胜利召开。近日，经过深度经营、周密部署，万盛分局南桐派出所与治安支队联合出击，成功捣毁一团伙赌博窝点，当场抓获赌博嫌疑人员14人，收缴赌资16万余元。
2012年8月，万盛分局治安支队获取一条重要线索，有人在万盛经开区万东镇的农宅内私设赌场聚众赌博。得到线索后，分局领导高度重视，立即成立由治安支队牵头，南桐派出所参与的项目组，全力破获此案。项目组根据所获线索，认真制定工作方案，确保一举捣毁该赌博窝点。根据所获线索，项目民警不畏艰辛、多次前往万东镇榜上村、五里村等地蹲点、守候，并初步掌握了该赌博团伙的人员构成、组织体系、运作方式、参赌形式。
8月23日，万盛分局治安支队与南桐派出所在摸清了该团伙成员基本情况，赌场位置及周边地形后，组织30余名精干警力，制定了详细的行动方案。23时许，参战民警火速赶往万盛经开区万东镇团结村干龙XX号涉赌农宅，立即控制了赌场暗哨，迅速对农宅进行合围，现场抓获参赌人员14人，查获赌资16万余元。
经审查， 2012年8月以来，犯罪嫌疑人傅某伙同朱某、陶某、娄某等人以盈利为目的在万东镇榜上村、五里村、团结村等地农宅开设赌场，组织参赌人员以单注下注200元至3000元打“八搭二”的方式进行赌博，单注输赢最高达8000余元，傅某等人从中抽头获利5.4万余元。目前，已刑事拘留1人，取保候审4人，该案正在进一步的侦查中。

Successfully investigated and dealt with a gang gambling case
In order to further create a good social security environment, further expand the achievements of educational practice activities, and welcome the victory of the party’s “18th National Congress”. Recently, after in-depth management and careful deployment, the Nantong Police Station of the Wansheng Sub-bureau and the Public Security Detachment jointly attacked and successfully destroyed a gang of gambling dens, arrested 14 gambling suspects on the spot, and confiscated more than 160,000 yuan in gambling funds.
In August 2012, the public security detachment of the Wansheng Sub-bureau obtained an important clue. Someone set up a private casino in a farm house in Wandong Town, Wansheng Economic Development Zone to gather people to gamble. After getting the clues, the branch leaders attached great importance to it, and immediately set up a project team led by the public security detachment and participated by the Nantong Police Station to crack the case with all their strength. Based on the clues obtained, the project team carefully formulated a work plan to ensure that the gambling den was destroyed in one fell swoop. According to the clues obtained, the project police went to Bangshang Village, Wuli Village and other places in Wandong Town many times to stay and wait without fear of hardships, and initially grasped the personnel composition, organizational system, operation mode, and gambling form of the gambling gang.
On August 23, the Public Security Detachment of the Wansheng Sub-bureau and the Nantong Police Station found out the basic situation of the gang members, the location of the casino and the surrounding terrain, organized more than 30 capable police forces, and formulated a detailed action plan. At about 23:00, the police officers who participated in the war rushed to the gambling-related farmhouse at No. XX Qianlong, Tuanjie Village, Wandong Town, Wansheng Economic Development Zone, and immediately took control of the secret sentry of the casino, and quickly surrounded the farmhouse. The gambling capital was more than 160,000 yuan.
After review, since August 2012, the criminal suspect Fu Mou, together with Zhu Mou, Tao Mou, Lou Mou and others, opened casinos in farm houses in Bangshang Village, Wuli Village, Tuanjie Village and other places in Wandong Town for the purpose of profit, and organized participation The gamblers gambled with a single bet of 200 to 3,000 yuan to play “eight-and-two”. At present, 1 person has been criminally detained and 4 people have been released on bail pending trial. The case is under further investigation.
