一、押量情况：

2012年12月7日至12月13日，看守所收押3人，出所6人。截止12月13日在押133人（其中女性12人；男性121人[临时寄押1人]）。

分析：本周收押量相比上周有所下降。

二、案性分类情况：

截止12月13日：在押危险驾驶案件4人；放火案3人；交通肇事案8人；销售伪劣农药案1人；出售假币案1人；销售假冒注册商品案2人；非法经营案1人；故意杀人案19人；伤害致死案1人；故意伤害案26人；强奸案6人；猥亵儿童案1人；抢劫案2人；盗窃案27人；诈骗案7人；挪用公款案3人；敲诈案1人；聚众斗殴案4人；窝藏包庇案1人；非法占用耕地案2人；贩卖毒品案5人；运输毒品案1人；容留他人吸毒案2人；协助、组织、容留卖淫案6人。

分析：本周投送两名涉命案件人员，及四名其他案件人员，减轻了看守所管理压力。

三、重点人员分析：

目前在押涉命案件人员20人（其中有两名精神形为案异常人员）、重要案犯3人。全部例控为重点人员。

分析：目前在押人员中涉命案件人员比例占15%，所占比例达到历史新高。

【管控措施】

• 目前看守所在押的涉命案件人员占比较高，给看守所安全管理工作带来了很大的压力。看守所将对全有涉命案件人员进行严密防控，通过物建耳目、夹控等措施进行管理。
• 目前涉命案件人员全部被列控为重点人员，风险级人员，看守所将加强对此类人员的谈话教育工作，随时掌握思想动态。

1. Stake situation:

From December 7 to December 13, 2012, 3 people were detained in the detention center and 6 people were released from the detention center. As of December 13, there were 133 people in custody (including 12 females; 121 males [1 temporarily detained]).

Analysis: The amount of deposits received this week has decreased compared with last week.

2. Case classification:

As of December 13th: 4 people in custody for dangerous driving cases; 3 people for arson cases; 8 people for traffic accident cases; 1 person for selling counterfeit and shoddy pesticides; 1 person for selling counterfeit currency; ; 19 cases of intentional homicide; 1 case of fatal injury; 26 cases of intentional injury; 6 cases of rape; 1 case of child molestation; 2 cases of robbery; 27 cases of theft; 7 cases of fraud; 3 cases of embezzlement ; 1 case of extortion; 4 cases of mob fighting; 1 case of sheltering; 2 cases of illegal occupation of farmland; 5 cases of drug trafficking; 1 case of drug transportation; 2 cases of accommodating others to take drugs; Case 6 people.

Analysis: This week, two persons involved in murder cases and four persons involved in other cases were dispatched, which relieved the pressure on the management of the detention center.

3. Key Personnel Analysis:

At present, 20 people involved in the murder case are under custody (including two people with abnormal mental state), and 3 important criminals. All cases are controlled as key personnel.

Analysis: Currently, 15% of the detainees involved in murder cases have reached a record high.

【Control measures】

At present, the proportion of people involved in murder cases in the detention center is relatively high, which has brought great pressure to the security management of the detention center. The detention center will strictly prevent and control all persons involved in murder cases, and manage them through measures such as property construction, eyes and ears, and pinch control.
At present, all those involved in the murder case are listed as key personnel and risk-level personnel. The detention center will strengthen the conversation and education work for such personnel, and keep abreast of ideological trends.
