吕和庆同志，男，现年47岁，中共党员，研究生学历，1987年参加公安工作。

2012年以来，吕和庆按照“一案一长、一案一组、一案一责”的思路，组织、带领刑警大队侦破了“4.09”抢劫案、“5.24”故意杀人案、“7.25”跨省贩毒案、“10.17”放火案等70余起重大疑难案件。并先后指挥侦破了“1991.11.9杀人案”和“1991.12.14杀人案”两起悬挂了22年的命案积案，有效地维护了法律的尊严和社会的公平正义，告慰了被害者，震慑了犯罪分子。
2012年“净土行动”开展以来，吕和庆亲自带领禁毒大队侦查员通过两个多月的摸排调查，全面掌握了社会面隐性涉毒人员，侦破毒品案件13起，抓获14名涉毒人员，遏制了涉毒案件蔓延势头，进一步净化了阿荣旗社会环境。
