关于阿荣旗公安局办理执法执勤用车落户手续的申请

旗人民政府：

我局派出所等业务所队多年来，由于经费紧张执法执勤用车配备，不能满足公安业务工作需要，并且现在用车辆老旧，安全性差。

依据公安厅装备标准，我局执法执勤用车不超编，结合我局的实际情况，根据呼伦公网传【2011】1809号转发公安厅《转发公安部关于推出公安派出所专用车的通知》的通知、呼伦公网传3928号转发公安厅转发公安部《关于一汽轿车公司推出2012款奔腾B50公安版车型的通知》的通知、呼伦公网传4172号转发公安厅《转发公安部关于上海大众公司推出全新帕萨特公安版车型的通知》文件精神，经局长办公会仪研究分阶段购买所队业务用车，配发到执法执勤一线所队，购车经费由公共安全转移支付装备经费解决。

自2011年3月至2012年5月，我局经公安部采购执法执勤业务用车37辆，目前该车辆已经配备到执法执勤一线所队用于执法执勤工作，由于车辆没有落户违法交通管理法规，上路行驶给群众造成安全隐患，影响公安机关形象，故申请办理相关落户手续。
