北京东城公安分局第二预审大队关于郭春香来访要求的核查报告

2010年12月31日，分局转交了信访人郭春香的来访要求。现将案件主要情况汇报如下：

一、信访人的基本情况

信访人：郭春香，女，现年41岁，电话：13641390947，现住甘肃省石桥镇汉阳村二组。

二、来访人的主要要求

要求：2009年4月11日，她儿子王兵在崇文区阳春白雪洗浴中心被崇文公安分局民警带走后无消息。至今未接到公安机关通知，认为公安局违法。要求还她一个公道。

三、承办单位解决该来访要求所做的主要工作

（一）犯罪嫌疑人王兵基本情况及简要案情：

犯罪嫌疑人王兵，男，1988年出生，汉族，身份证号码：，户籍所在地：甘肃省礼县石桥乡汉阳村二组，在京暂住地：北京市崇文区法华寺南里，初中文化，职业：北京市崇文区阳春白雪洗浴中心领班。

犯罪嫌疑人王兵因涉嫌协助组织卖淫罪于2009年4月11日被我局刑事拘留，同年5月17日经崇文区人民检察院批准逮捕。同年7月14日经北京市人民检察院第二分院批准延长侦查羁押期限壹个月，同年8月12日经北京市人民检察院批准延长侦查羁押期限贰个月。2009年10月17日移送起诉。2010年9月28日犯罪嫌疑人王兵被北京市第二中级人民法院被判处有期徒刑六年。

四、目前情况

经与主办民警张武联系，得知嫌疑人王兵的拘留通知书、逮捕通知书均已依法按时发往嫌疑人王兵户籍地甘肃省礼县石桥乡派出所。同时在讯问嫌疑人王兵期间，经请示领导，嫌疑人王兵同他父亲电话联系，他父亲知道王兵被羁押情况。

我大队已于2011年1月5日向分局信访部门回复此事。

1. Basic information of petitioners
   Petitioner: Guo Chunxiang, female, 41 years old, phone: 13641390947, currently living in the second group of Hanyang Village, Shiqiao Town, Gansu Province.
2. Main requirements of visitors
   Request: On April 11, 2009, her son Wang Bing was taken away by the police from the Chongwen Public Security Bureau in the Yangchun Baixue Bathing Center in Chongwen District. So far, no notice has been received from the public security bureau, and the public security bureau believes that it violated the law. Ask her for justice.
3. The main work done by the organizer to solve the visit request
   (1) The basic situation and brief case of the criminal suspect Wang Bing:

Criminal suspect Wang Bing, male, born in 1988, Han nationality, ID number: , household registration: Group 2, Hanyang Village, Shiqiao Township, Li County, Gansu Province, temporary residence in Beijing: South Lane, Fahua Temple, Chongwen District, Beijing, junior middle school education , Occupation: Foreman of Yangchun Baixue Bathing Center in Chongwen District, Beijing.

The criminal suspect Wang Bing was criminally detained by our bureau on April 11, 2009 on suspicion of assisting in organizing prostitution, and was arrested on May 17 of the same year with the approval of the People’s Procuratorate of Chongwen District. On July 14 of the same year, the Second Branch of the Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate approved the extension of the investigation detention period for one month, and on August 12 of the same year, the Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate approved the extension of the investigation detention period for two months. Transferred for prosecution on October 17, 2009. On September 28, 2010, the criminal suspect Wang Bing was sentenced to six years in prison by the Beijing No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court.

Fourth, the current situation
After contacting Zhang Wu, the host policeman, I learned that the detention notice and arrest notice of the suspect Wang Bing had been sent to the police station of Shiqiao Township, Li County, Gansu Province, according to law and on time. At the same time, during the interrogation of the suspect Wang Bing, the suspect Wang Bing contacted his father by phone after consulting the leadership, and his father knew about Wang Bing’s detention.

Our brigade replied to the letter and visit department of the sub-bureau on January 5, 2011.
