我所接你处转来的，郑树龙关于我所受理该人被打伤一案，至今未做出处理，要求验伤及立案侦查的人民来访一事。派出所领导高度重视，立即向相关民警了解此事，经了解具体情况如下：
郑树龙于2011年5月12日，到我派出所报案称：
该人于2011年1月13日和14日在北京市东城区东直门北大街4号楼1段地下一层丽水旅馆内被人打伤。我所接警后立即对该人制作了笔录，并于当日带领该人到分局刑侦支队技术队法医办公室做伤情鉴定。但是由于该人被打伤的时间过长，并且是本人自行在外地医院诊断并治疗的。当日值班法医答复由于郑树龙所提供的材料不全，建议先到北京积水潭医院复查后再来伤检。该人随即到北京积水潭医院和北京中医医院复查后于2011年5月16日在民警的带领下再次来到刑侦支队技术队法医办公室做伤情鉴定。2011年5月25日，刑侦支队技术队法医办公室出具正式的伤情鉴定书，郑树龙所受伤情经鉴定为轻微伤。由于郑树龙当时在老家（浙江省建德市航头镇航头村）办事，民警电话通知该人伤情鉴定结果。该人当时表示对伤情鉴定结果不认可。他并称又找到了没有提供给法医的，受伤当时的一些医院的材料，希望重新作伤情鉴定。民警答复该人尽快来京，重新进行伤情鉴定。2011年6月9日，我所民警再次带领郑树龙到刑侦支队技术队法医办公室做伤情鉴定，现鉴定结果未完成。
另，民警在受理此案后，立即开展调查工作，找相关的人员了解情况。目前此案件正在调查中。

Zheng Shulong reported to our police station on May 12, 2011, saying:
The person was injured on January 13 and 14, 2011 in the Lishui Hotel on the basement floor of Section 1, Building 4, Dongzhimen North Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. Immediately after receiving the police, our institute made a record of the person, and led the person to the forensic office of the technical team of the criminal investigation detachment of the sub-bureau for an injury appraisal on the same day. However, because the person was injured for too long, and he was diagnosed and treated in a hospital in another place by himself. The forensic doctor on duty that day replied that due to the incomplete materials provided by Zheng Shulong, it was suggested to go to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital for a reexamination before the injury examination. The person then went to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital and Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for reexamination. On May 16, 2011, under the leadership of the police, he came to the Forensic Office of the Technical Team of the Criminal Investigation Detachment again for injury appraisal. On May 25, 2011, the Forensic Office of the Technical Team of the Criminal Investigation Detachment issued a formal injury appraisal certificate, and Zheng Shulong’s injury was identified as a minor injury. Since Zheng Shulong was working in his hometown (Hangtou Village, Hangtou Town, Jiande City, Zhejiang Province) at that time, the police called to inform him of the result of the injury appraisal. The person said at the time that he did not agree with the results of the injury appraisal. He also claimed that he had found materials from some hospitals at the time of the injury that were not provided to the forensic doctor, and hoped to re-identify the injury. The police replied that the person should come to Beijing as soon as possible and re-evaluate the injury. On June 9, 2011, the police from our institute led Zheng Shulong again to the forensic office of the technical team of the criminal investigation detachment for an appraisal of the injury, but the appraisal result has not yet been completed.
In addition, after accepting the case, the police immediately launched an investigation and found relevant personnel to understand the situation. This case is currently under investigation.
