郭先生反映的东直门外大街31楼1层美年达文化交流中心的门脸房，房主为李荣惠，身份证号：，现住在朝阳区垡头翠林小区，联系电话为67375230。此门脸房房主将房子出租给陈爱辉夫妇。现该房注册为北京美莲达女子美容有限公司，注册号为110101003343136，注册地址为北京市东城区东直门外大街31号013号，公司的法定代表人为陈爱辉，身份证号：，公司类型为有限责任公司，经营范围包括美容美发（不含医疗性美容）和组织文化艺术交流。营业期限至2011年10月18日。
此门脸房为三居室一套，现由陈爱辉及他妻子刘晓丽（身份证号：）带孩子在此居住。孩子在东城区艺美小学上学。为方便照顾孩子，他们租房在此居住。
2011年6月14日晚11时许，东直门派出所由副所长杨宏宇带队，由辖区小区民警、格警和另两名民警到郭先生反映的门脸房进行检查。经查，此房间内摆放六张桌子，没有发现聚众赌博的问题。经对在此处玩牌的人员及周围邻居进行走访，均反映，来此处玩牌人员为住在周边的老人休闲娱乐，没有赌博现象存在。
同时，派出所民警也对陈爱辉、刘晓丽夫妇进行了教育。积极开展了各项预防工作。由小区民警向他们进行提示，坚决杜绝聚众赌博案件的发生。部署专业力量开展打击工作。部署专职民警带领巡防队员进行夜间巡逻防控，发现聚众赌博案件及时进行打击。
