东直门派出所502扰民信访答复
2012年1月12日我所接京崇公信38159号信访件，反映东直门新中西里XX楼X单元502室群租房扰民情况。我所主责领导将该信访件交与小区民警胡振鹏办理。
小区民警胡振鹏对此情况已经掌握，并于1月9日已经处理。现502室租住的是文昌辉餐饮管理有限公司津津有味餐厅。我所民警已到502室进行了入户检查。502室现共有8人居住，全部为津津有味餐厅的女服务员。502室面积为60平米。依据相关法律规定，出租房屋人均使用面积不得低于7平米，所以502室不存在群居情况。我所民警约谈了津津有味餐厅负责人张淑琴（电话：15601084753），对她的员工扰民情况进行了通报。并带张淑琴走访了402室居民与信访反映人李福寿（501室居民）做了相关解释工作。我所民警正通过该房屋中介联系房主，要求房主在近期到外管办，办理相关租房手续。

Dongzhimen Police Station 502 Disturbing Petition Response
On January 12, 2012, our office received Jingchong Gongxin No. 38159 letter and visit, which reflected the disturbance of group rented houses in Room 502, Unit X, Building XX, Dongzhimen Xinzhongxili. The leader in charge of our office handed over the petition to the community policeman Hu Zhenpeng for handling.
Community policeman Hu Zhenpeng has grasped the situation and dealt with it on January 9. Room 502 is currently rented by Wenchanghui Catering Management Co., Ltd. Relish Restaurant. The police from our institute have gone to Room 502 for a house check. There are currently 8 people living in Room 502, all of whom are waitresses from the Relish restaurant. Room 502 has an area of 60 square meters. According to relevant laws and regulations, the per capita usable area of rental housing shall not be less than 7 square meters, so there is no group living in Room 502. The police from our institute interviewed Zhang Shuqin (Tel: 15601084753), the person in charge of the Relish restaurant, and informed her about the disturbance caused by her employees. He also took Zhang Shuqin to visit the residents of Room 402 and Li Fushou (a resident of Room 501), who reported the petition, and made relevant explanations. The police of our office are contacting the homeowner through the housing agency and requesting the homeowner to go to the foreign affairs management office in the near future to go through the relevant renting procedures.
