Dongzhimen Police Station’s statement on Zhang Bo’s application for reinstating his account
Zhang Bo, male, Han, born in 1990. No. X, Wangjiayuan, Dongcheng District, where the original household registration is located. He joined the army on December 10, 2009, and his account has been cancelled. He was demobilized and changed jobs in February 2012, and applied to restore his account at No. X Wangyuan.

During the registration process, it was discovered that Zhang Bo’s family did not have a house book, which fell within the scope of private house vacation. After investigation, the landlord Liu Hongshan died in 2006. Liu Hongshan’s family entrusted Liu Hongshan’s daughter Liu Guiying (tel. 13701108777) to deal with the private rent and vacate the property to file a lawsuit with Zhang Bo’s family. A few years ago, the Dongcheng Court’s first-instance judgment resulted in compulsory enforcement, but it has not been implemented so far. Liu Guiying said that on behalf of the whole family, she firmly disagreed with Zhang Bo’s entry into the household.

Zhang Bo’s mother, Huo Zhenghua (tel. 13522469196), has a household registration at No. X of Wangjiayuan. Before joining the army, Zhang Bo and his mother had the same registered permanent residence, and after investigation by the community police, the two also lived here for a long time.

Zhang Bo’s father, Zhang Fusheng (tel. 13911463402), is registered at Xinyuanxili Middle Street, Chaoyang District. The house belonged to his father, Zhang Jinglong, with a two-bedroom apartment of more than 50 square meters. Zhang Jinglong disagreed with Zhang Bo entering his house.

Zhang Fusheng claimed that he is currently staying at a friend’s house in Shaoyaoju, Chaoyang District, and often changes land and rents houses because he is in the construction industry.

Liu Hongshan, the landlord of Wangjiayuan No. X, has two and a half private rooms. Zhang Fusheng built 7 self-built houses in his courtyard. He felt that the conditions for vacating the private house were not suitable, so he never moved out.

On February 23, 2012, Zhang Yanrong, a policeman from the Dongzhimen Police Station, took the letter of introduction and work permit from the Dongcheng Branch to the Administrative Comprehensive Service Hall of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Tel: 59958519, 59958557. Address: 3rd Floor, Courtyard No. 16, West Fourth Ring Middle Road, Haidian District Room 510) Inquiry: Zhang Bo, his mother Huo Zhenghua, and his father Zhang Fusheng’s house property ownership. On February 24, 2012, the result was no record.

After Zhang Fusheng came back because his child joined the army, he couldn’t get a registered permanent residence for the time being. Every day I come to the police station, the population department of the sub-bureau, the population brigade of the city bureau, and the petition department to ask to solve the household registration problem.

The situation has been reported to the branch population for approval.
