2011年5月20日，我派出所接到分局转来信访件。陈孝铭（男，身份证号：，户籍地：石家庄市新华区颐宏路1号1栋1单元401）称：4月28日，一名男子自称北京钓鱼杂志社工作人员，以寄稿费为名向他要身份证号码。陈孝铭对此表示怀疑，请协助调查是否有此事。
接报告后，派出所小区民警李占河立即开展调查。经查，钓鱼杂志社位于东城区体育馆路8号。陈孝铭于今年3、4月间给杂志社投稿，该稿件被采用。杂志社工作人员电话联系陈，向他要身份证号码，因为税务局对杂志社账目方面有明确要求。近期，杂志社将向陈孝铭邮寄稿费。
综上，杂志社工作人员向陈孝铭要身份证号码一事确有此事。目的是在杂志社账目支出方面有明确记载，符合税务工作要求。
派出所政委王人一随即联系陈孝铭住址所在的石家庄新华公安分局（0311—87723110）。该局一名岳姓民警接电，王人一将事情经过进行了告知，请新华分局协助联系陈孝铭。王人一将本人手机号码告诉岳姓民警，请他联系陈孝铭后，让陈孝铭回电。陈孝铭至今未回电。后王人一向岳同志要陈家电话（0311—87787475），电话一直无人接听。
