体育馆路派出所关于汤建国信访的工作回复
2011年6月20日，体育馆路派出所接到分局信访转来汤建国的信访件。该人称于今年5月9日发现空调室外机被盗，当日报案，至今无结果，请上级部门解决。

5月9日，派出所接110，家住东壁街XX号的汤建国（男，52岁，电话：13552138843）报警，称家中空调室外机被盗。民警出现场，后报刑侦支队。
汤建国怀疑此案是在隔壁东壁街XX号进行施工的工人所为，后该人报派出所找当日接案的值班所长付国柱反映情况。付国柱称目前没有任何线索和情况反映，是现场施工工人所为。派出所和分局刑侦支队将进一步工作，如有线索将及时告知汤建国。
6月17日下午，汤建国来到东壁街XX号施工工地，强行拉闸断电，要求施工方赔偿他空调室外机的损失。后派出所政委王人一和小区民警解建磊到现场，向汤建国说明情况，讲明道理。后汤建国离去，工地重新开工。
综上，汤建国要求施工方赔偿他的损失属无理要求。目前，派出所正在进一步工作，力争破案。
