2010年以来，李彦国打电话询问有关情况，民警蒋跃涛答复：一是要求他父亲来京作材料，了解有关情况。二是对伤情进行鉴定。他父亲李云一直没有来京配合民警进行工作。
2010年2月5日，民警蒋跃涛带李彦国到法医鉴定中心对伤情进行了鉴定。民警将鉴定结果轻微伤，告知了李彦国。

2010年6月30日10时，李彦国找到副所长张月新，询问伤情和案件进展情况。张月新答复：伤情鉴定结果已经告知你了。因为法医鉴定中心有规定，复印件不能给你个人。关于你提出的调解问题，在7月初，派民警带着你一起去驻京办，看是否可以进行调解处理。李彦国表示同意。7月6日上午，李彦国找副所长张月新。当时张月新正在刑警支队开会，让民警通知他下午再来。该人至今一直未再来派出所，一直未有该人音讯。有关询问材料、鉴定结果、接受治安案件通知书等材料在分局纪委进行阅卷。
