体育馆路派出所关于刘凯民信访的回复
2011年10月12日，我派出所接到分局转来刘凯民信访件。他称今年8月29日在体育馆路辖区内的114中学内部被该校老师打伤。他报警后，至今公安机关未处理。
接信访后，派出所政委王人一经询问当日值班警长郭宇，现将情况回复如下。
一、事发经过
当日中午，114中学老师赵聘在学校院内洗车，因琐事与刘凯民发生纠纷。后学校办公室主任王永利前来劝解，刘凯民又与王永利发生冲突，双方有肢体接触。之后刘凯民报警。
二、处理情况
接警后，派出所出警。当日值班警长郭宇为双方做了笔录材料，并为刘凯民开具了看病单。因事情发生在校园内部，且当事人一方为学校老师，另一方刘凯民为长期居住在学校内部人员，故派出所及时联系分局内保处。但是内保处当日值班民警称不负责此类事件，拒绝接受。对此，派出所民警及时告知了刘凯民，刘凯民也明白此事应由内保处负责，表示会找内保部门解决此事。
上述情况，特此回复。

After that, Liu Kaimin called the police. - Processing situation
After receiving the police, the police station dispatched the police. The police chief on duty that day, Guo Yu, made transcripts for both parties, and issued a medical bill for Liu Kaimin. Because the incident happened inside the campus, and one party involved was a school teacher, and the other party, Liu Kaimin, was a person who lived in the school for a long time, the police station promptly contacted the internal security department of the sub-bureau. However, the police on duty at the Internal Security Office said that they were not responsible for such incidents and refused to accept it. In this regard, the police at the police station informed Liu Kaimin in time, and Liu Kaimin also understood that the internal security department should be responsible for the matter, and said that he would find the internal security department to resolve the matter.
