北岗子街11号李惠良信访，称驹章胡同4号院有人饲养大型犬。现将情况回复如下。
经查，潘红（男，45岁）目前在驹章胡同4号居住。该人饲养了一只黑背犬。居委会和小区民警尹志刚均多次找过该人。该人称由于拆迁，院墙受损，他家已经多次发现丢了东西。为避免再次丢东西，该人饲养了一只黑背犬，用于看家。该人已多次找过拆迁办要求维修院墙，至今未果。故该人表示院墙未维修好之前只能养犬看家。
目前，小区民警尹志刚正和居委会一起做潘红的工作，要求他尽快将犬移走。同时联系拆迁办，尽快维修好院墙。
