北京站派出所关于反映北京站地铁东南出口秩序问题的回复
分局信访：
2011年8月23日，我所接信访件：市民孙先生反映在北京站地铁东南出口方向，每天都会有十多个卖假发票的人，警车就在附近，但是一直无人处理，来电希望相关部门尽快解决此问题。
接到此信访件，我所领导对此高度重视，针对市民所反映的问题，部署民警到北京站地铁东南出口处进行工作。经查，北京站地铁东南口出口位置位于北京站广场内，所属铁路公安派出所管辖区域。出口处所停警车为公安段派出所巡逻车，按照公安机关工作原则，该市民所反映问题属铁路公安管辖区域应由其进行整治管理。派出所所长吉喆专门电话联系了上访人孙先生进行交流解释相关情况，同时向其表示：今后北京站派出所将会在工作中加强与铁路、地铁等相关单位的协调、配合，联合作战，加大清理整治和依法处理打击火车站周边的喊发票的治安秩序问题，共同维护北京站地区秩序稳定。市民孙先生对此表示理解和满意。
因该信访件所反映问题不涉及北京站派出所管辖区域的相关工作，故查否。

After investigation, the location of the exit of the southeast exit of the Beijing Railway Station subway is located in the square of Beijing Railway Station, under the jurisdiction of the railway police station. The police car parked at the exit is the patrol car of the police station of the public security section. According to the working principles of the public security organs, the problem reported by the citizen belongs to the jurisdiction of the railway public security and should be rectified and managed by it. Ji Zhe, director of the police station, made a special phone call to the petitioner, Mr. Sun, to communicate and explain the situation. He also told him that in the future, the Beijing Railway Station Police Station will strengthen coordination and cooperation with relevant units such as railways and subways, and jointly fight. Clean up and rectify and deal with the law and order issues around the train station shouting invoices in accordance with the law, and jointly maintain the order and stability of the Beijing Railway Station area. Mr. Sun, a citizen, expressed his understanding and satisfaction.
Because the problem reflected in the letter and visit does not involve the relevant work in the area under the jurisdiction of the Beijing Railway Station Police Station, it was checked and denied.
