北京站派出所关于北京站毛家湾胡同内无照饭馆扰民的情况的答复

接分局转来的群众反映“北京站东侧平房区有无照经营的外地商贩，影响居民正常生活。”信访情况后，北京站派出所领导班子高度重视，立即指派专人，了解相关情况，现汇报如下：
北京站毛家湾胡同，位于北京站东街南侧，紧邻北京火车站，过往旅客流量大，中小饭馆相对集中。北京站东街进行市政改造后，毛家湾胡同周边的环境有了较大的改观，治安秩序稳定，近几年来毛家湾胡同没有发生严重治安、刑事案件。经小区民警调查，并走访地区工商管理部门，目前毛家湾胡同北侧共有餐馆8家，全都具有工商营业执照，不存在无照经营问题，在胡同南部有4家未经工商部门批准的无照小饭馆。
由于地理位置特殊，在毛家湾胡同周边确实存在一些为饭馆、旅馆拉客的人员，这些人长期混迹于北京站地区，扰乱北京站地区治安秩序，是我们治安整治中重点打击对象，毛家湾胡同也是北京站派出所确定的治安重点部位之一，春运、暑运客流集中期间，治安秩序易于反弹。针对治安实际情况，北京站派出所加强了该地区治安整顿力度，据统计2010年以来北京站派出所对北京站东街毛家湾胡同附近进行清理整顿17次，拘留各类违法犯罪人员132人，极大的震慑了犯罪分子，净化了地区环境。
经过派出所领导班子对民警工作的审查得知：我单位不存在来访人所说“据说此处外地商贩经常上供给当地的派出所个别人员”的情况。在下阶段的工作中，我们将采取以下措施加强管理：
1：派出所与北京站地区管理处、建国门办事处、地区工商、城管等职能部门联合执法，加强对毛家湾胡同治安环境和饭馆日常经营活动的管理工作，开展治安、卫生、消防安全大检查，规范经营秩序。
