2011年9月9日，北京站派出所接到分局转来的，事主王彦文反映：“自己是残疾人，8月20日在北京站广场地铁口无照经营，被民警批评”的信访件（京公办（信∕访）字54076号）。接到投诉件后，派出所领导班子极为重视，所长吉喆、政委陈贺清亲自了解相关情况，布置工作，现答复如下：
该信访件所称地址位于北京站广场上，属北京站铁路公安段管辖。经核实8月20日我所执勤民警也没有类似执法情况的发生。
综上所述，该信访件不属我所辖区，建议分局转有关单位处理，特此汇报。

To sum up, this letter and visit is not within our jurisdiction, and it is recommended that the sub-bureau transfer it to the relevant unit for handling, and hereby report it.
