朝阳门派出所工作说明
我所接分局转来关于孙爱玲信访件后，即按照分局要求对孙爱玲开展相关工作。经工作了解，上访人孙爱玲（女，65岁，户籍地：武汉市江汉区万松园路，现暂住东城区朝内大街137号东平房，原湖北武汉市儿艺退休教师，无违法前科），该人于2010年9月期间租住在朝内大街137号院，据其讲平日在京已私教钢琴、舞蹈为生。而其多次上访原因是其于1997年在东城区安定门国王胡同49号购买一间30平米左右的私房产一处，2009年地铁八号线开始施工，政府对此处进行拆迁改建，其因拆迁款问题到东城区法院提起诉讼，后法院判其败诉。后在拆迁中，发现自家房屋内被盗，丢失了摄像机等财物。2010年4月11日，该人到安定门派出所报案，后分局刑侦支队受理了此案。此后该人多次到市局信访，要求公安机关破案。
2011年3月8日，我所按照分局指示到市公安局信访办门前将上访人员孙爱玲接回朝阳门派出所，并给予警告处理，该人当时表示以后不会到市局信访，但要求公安机关找回被盗摄像机，两会期间民警就此事多次对该人进行思想工作，保持电话联系，后该人情绪比较稳定，直至清明节时该人回到湖北老家祭祖，后一直没有联系。期间，民警曾与该人原籍派出所电话联系了解该人情况，但因当地派出所电话一直无人接听，故未能取得联系。
目前，我所按照分局的工作要求，已对该人住所开展了控制工作，控制人员共三人，由小区居委会和137号家委会人员组成控制小组。有突出情况及时报告民警。

Chaoyangmen Police Station Work Description
After the sub-bureau received the letter and visit about Sun Ailing, I carried out relevant work on Sun Ailing according to the requirements of the sub-bureau. The reason for his repeated appeals is that he bought a private property of about 30 square meters in 1997 at No. 49, Wangwang Hutong, Andingmen, Dongcheng District. In 2009, the construction of Metro Line 8 began, and the government demolished and rebuilt the place. Due to the issue of demolition funds, he filed a lawsuit in the Dongcheng District Court, but the court ruled that he lost the case. Later, during the demolition, it was discovered that the house had been stolen and property such as cameras had been lost. On April 11, 2010, the person reported the case to the Andingmen Police Station, and the Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Sub-bureau accepted the case. Since then, the person has petitioned the Municipal Bureau many times, asking the public security organs to solve the case.
On March 8, 2011, according to the instructions of the sub-bureau, our firm went to the Municipal Public Security Bureau’s Petition Office to take the petitioner Sun Ailing back to the Chaoyangmen Police Station and gave him a warning. The authorities retrieved the stolen camera. During the two sessions, the police conducted ideological work on this person many times and kept in touch with him by phone. After that, the person’s mood was relatively stable. Until the Qingming Festival, the person returned to his hometown in Hubei to worship his ancestors. After that, there was no contact. During the period, the police contacted the person’s original police station by phone to learn about the person’s situation, but they could not get in touch because no one answered the phone at the local police station.
At present, according to the work requirements of the sub-bureau, our institute has carried out control work on the person’s residence. There are three control personnel in total, and the control team is composed of members of the residential committee of the community and the family committee of No. 137. Report any outstanding situations to the police in a timely manner.
