朝阳门派出所关于张女士反映情况的工作报告
2011年5月5日，我所接京公办（信/访）字号东城分局信访批阅单，批阅单内容为反映朝内大街216号鑫朝府宾馆存在消防安全隐患，该楼地下一层朝内招待所长期存在卖淫，反映后派出所到宾馆后不检查，收受宾馆香烟等物品后，便离去。要求我派出所查处此案。现就我所工作情况报告如下：
我所接信访批阅单后，立即开展相应调查工作。经与投诉人电话6525.1062联系，对方男子称该电话为朝内大街216号楼一层竹清林食品店公用电话。后我所副所长刘松涛及民警殷秀伟到达朝内大街216号楼并找到公用电话所有人朱东威（男，41岁，河南人，竹清林食品店老板），朱东威称每天打电话人较多，自己不清楚谁曾在此打过反映情况的电话，自己也不知道朝内大街216号楼X门XXX室住着什么人。
民警后到朝内大街216号楼X门XXX室调查，该住处为一女子独住，该女子叫李小兰，31岁，北京人，工作单位北京中交公路设计院，户籍地同住址。该女子反映根本不知投诉单中反映的情况，且其家中没有姓张的女士。
民警对于216号楼地下一层朝内招待所进行检查和访问。该招待所有客房52间，住宿登记和安全制度符合分局旅店业管理要求，该招待所未发现歌厅等娱乐场所人员入住情况，招待所近一年也未曾发生黄赌毒案件及相应举报。同时该招待所法人经理杨宝玲反映，自己与住在招待所中的竹清林食品店老板朱东威、爱人陈秀华有矛盾，4月25日朝阳门派出所民警曾经出现场处理，但朱东威、陈秀华不满意民警处理结果，有可能恶意投诉。民警又找到竹清林食品店朱东威、陈秀华两人均表示没有打过投诉电话。
民警又到与竹清林食品店相邻的鑫朝府宾馆检查，鑫朝府宾馆法人季学明带领民警再次对宾馆内部进行全面检查，未发现投诉人所讲重大安全隐患，同时该宾馆向民警出示东城消防支队近期检查记录单以及朝阳门派出所专职民警的检查记录单。该宾馆为上下两层结构，共有客房20余间，现只有5间住有客人，客人不足10人。该法人也向民警反映，竹清林食品店租用该宾馆用房，该宾馆不愿与其续约，双方存在一定矛盾。
综上所述，投诉人反映情况均不属实，属于恶意投诉。

The police inspected and visited the Chaonei Guest House on the basement floor of Building 216. The guest house has 52 guest rooms, and the accommodation registration and security system complies with the management requirements of the hotel industry of the branch. The guest house has not found any occupancy of karaoke and other entertainment venues, and there has been no pornography, gambling and drug cases and corresponding reports in the guest house in the past year. At the same time, Yang Baoling, the legal person manager of the guest house, reported that she had conflicts with Zhu Dongwei, the owner of the Zhuqinglin Food Store, and her lover Chen Xiuhua, who lived in the guest house. On April 25, the police from the Chaoyangmen Police Station appeared on the scene to deal with it, but Zhu Dongwei and Chen Xiuhua were not satisfied with the results of the police. , there may be malicious complaints. The legal person also reported to the police that Zhuqinglin Food Store rented the room of the hotel, and the hotel was unwilling to renew the contract with it, and there was a certain contradiction between the two parties.
In summary, the complainant’s report is not true, and it is a malicious complaint.
