朝阳门派出所关于张女士投诉出租房问题的回复

分局信访：

2011年8月30日，朝阳门派出所接分局信访转来张女士投诉朝内南小街芳嘉园地下室非法出租，物业不管的问题。由于信中没有明确地址，我所与8月31日12时35分于张女士联系（电话号码：58643907为信访件记载）。接电话的张女士称：从来没反映过出租房问题，物业出租房非不非法，谁也说不清。要求公安机关调查别人利用她的名义反映问题的事件。

Chaoyangmen Police Station’s reply to Ms. Zhang’s complaint about rental housing
Sub-bureau letters and visits:

On August 30, 2011, Chaoyangmen Police Station received a letter from the sub-bureau and transferred Ms. Zhang to complain about the illegal lease of the basement of Fangjiayuan in Chaonei South Street, and the issue of property management. Since there was no clear address in the letter, our firm contacted Ms. Zhang at 12:35 on August 31 (phone number: 58643907 is recorded in the letter). Ms. Zhang who answered the phone said: “I have never reported the problem of rental housing. No one can tell whether the rental housing of the property is illegal or not.” Ask the public security organs to investigate incidents where others use her name to report problems.
