朝阳门派出所关于朝内群租情况的信访回复
2011年8月30日，分局信访转来刘彬关于群租房问题的信访件，我所立即责成相关小区民警开展工作。由于信访人未提供联系电话及所反映的群租房具体地址，只留下电子邮箱地址。为此，我派出所小区民警通过电子邮件与信访人取得联系。
2011年9月1日民警给 [email protected] 发了e-mail邮件想详细了解一下该人所反映的朝内群租房问题，9月4日20时该人给民警回馈：芳嘉园胡同甲X号楼X单元地下一层（半地下）及地上一层和X单元地上一层的群租房扰民，卫生不好，地下一层的电线拉到地上给电动车充电。
结合居民反映的问题，派出所立即向街道政府部门反映了相关情况，小区民警还协调流管办及小区居委会、物业等部门共同开展工作，力争解决群众反映的突出问题。
2011年9月5日民警通过e-mail再次同该居民联系，告知派出所就此开展的工作情况，该人表示满意。

Response to Chaoyangmen Police Station’s Letter and Visit on Chaonei Group Rent Situation
On August 30, 2011, Liu Bin’s letter and visit on the issue of group rental housing was forwarded by the branch office, and our office immediately ordered the police in the relevant communities to carry out their work. Since the petitioner did not provide a contact number and the specific address of the group rental house reflected, only the e-mail address was left. To this end, the community police of our police station got in touch with the petitioner through email.
On September 1, 2011, the police sent an e-mail to [email protected] in order to learn more about the house rental problem reported by this person. At 20:00 on September 4, the person gave feedback to the police: Fangjiayuan Hutong The basement (semi-underground) of Unit X in Building A X and the group rental houses on the ground floor and the first floor of Unit X are disturbing to the residents, and the sanitation is not good. The wires on the basement floor are pulled to the ground to charge electric vehicles.
Combined with the problems reported by the residents, the police station immediately reported the relevant situation to the street government department. The community police also coordinated with the flow management office, community neighborhood committee, property and other departments to work together to solve the outstanding problems reported by the masses.
On September 5, 2011, the police contacted the resident again by e-mail to inform the police station of the work carried out in this regard, and the person expressed satisfaction.
