东城分局朝阳门派出所关于居住在竹杆小区一名居民来信的情况汇报
分局：
2011年11月07日，分局将京公办（信/访）553110号信访阅批单批转我派出所，反映内容是：署名一个老头的居民反映其家住东城区竹杆小区，对小区内养犬问题提供相应建议，望能够给予重视。
接到信访件后，所领导高度重视，责成主管民警会同小区民警了解情况，竹杆小区于2007年在派出所、居委会组织指导下成立养犬自律会以来，进行了大量的宣传工作，倡导居民依法文明养犬，每年对于在此方面做得好的居民进行表彰奖励，对于发现违规养犬的一律依法处理。并将养犬户的情况及时在小区内张榜公布，以便居民进行监督。社会效果较好，媒体都进行过肯定报导。信访人信中提出养犬数量多扰民的问题以及养犬户遛狗要带口罩等问题，是法规修改层面的建议，基层单位无法实现。下一步派出所将同居委会一起加大对居民宣传提示，使居民依法养犬、文明养犬，尽量不要扰民。
