王建华原位于北京市东城区台基厂大街4号院住房系部队军产公寓房，2008年因部队建设需要，与其充分协商达成协议。即：由原来的56平方米公寓旧平房换取一套140.65平方米的新楼产权房，并给与数拾万元的拆迁补偿，协议双方有签字。新房位于北京市朝阳区世纪东方嘉园XXX号楼XXX室，已居住。
