2011年8月29日，东交民巷派出所收到东城分局信访办下发的京崇公信号信访件，现将工作情况回复如下：

张雪反映其家居住在北京市东城区东交民巷32号楼X单元XXX室，与北京市公安局一墙之隔，公安局的工作人员在13曾有办公地点，将一条电线栓在张雪家的阳台上，张雪称：这条电线给其家阳台造成了安全隐患，希望有关部门经快拆除剩余线路。

调查情况：

接到信访件后东交民巷所领导立即组织社区民警对此事进行调查。社区民警找到北京市公安局了解电线的来源，得知不是市局信通处和网监处的线。社区民警找到东交民巷32号院产权单位北京饭店，北京饭店工程部已经将张雪反应的这条电线拆除。

Dongjiaominxiang Police Station’s Reply to Jing Chonggong Signal Petition
On August 29, 2011, the Dongjiaominxiang Police Station received a Beijing Chonggong signal petition letter from the Dongcheng Sub-bureau’s Petition Office, and now replies with the work status as follows:

Non-emergency help content:
Zhang Xue reported that her family lives in Room XXX, Unit X, Building 32, Dongjiaomin Lane, Dongcheng District, Beijing, which is separated from the Beijing Public Security Bureau by a wall. The staff of the Public Security Bureau used to have an office on the 13th. Xue said: This wire has caused a safety hazard to her balcony, and she hopes that the relevant departments will remove the remaining wires as soon as possible.

Investigation status:
After receiving the letters and visits, the leaders of Dongjiaomin Lane immediately organized community police to investigate the matter. The community police found the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau to find out the source of the wires, and learned that it was not the wires from the Information and Communication Department and the Network Supervision Department of the Municipal Bureau. The community police found Beijing Hotel, the property unit of No. 32 Dongjiaomin Lane, and the engineering department of Beijing Hotel had already removed the wire that Zhang Xue reported.
