我所8月23日接京公办（信/访） 字 437158号人民来信一封，来信人高惠君反映本人于2007年12月24日，在东交民巷27号被辽宁本溪市驻京办工作人员打伤，要求公安机关处理。
我所民警立即找来信人高惠君了解情况，并制作了询问笔录，该人称2007年被打，2008年、2009年看病，当时并没有去医院就诊，我所民警就此情况联系本溪市驻京办工作人员，对方称没有发生对高惠君进行殴打的事情，我所告知报警人因证据不足，无法受理。高惠君本人由本溪市驻京办工作人员接回。

Dongjiaominxiang Police Station Reply to Beijing Public Office (Letter/Visit) No. 437158 People’s Letter
On August 23, our firm received a letter from the Beijing Office (letter/visit) No. 437158. The letter was written by Gao Huijun, who reported that I was injured by the staff of the Beijing Office of Benxi City, Liaoning Province on December 24, 2007 at No. 27 Dongjiaomin Lane , requiring the public security organs to deal with it.
The police from our office immediately sought out the letter from Gao Huijun to understand the situation, and made a record of the inquiry. The person claimed that he was beaten in 2007 and went to see a doctor in 2008 and 2009. The other party claimed that there was no beating of Gao Huijun, and I informed the caller that the case could not be accepted due to insufficient evidence. Gao Huijun himself was picked up by the staff of the Beijing Office of Benxi City.
