东交民巷派出所关于京公办（信/访）字541723号信访件的回复情况

2011年11月1日，我所接到市局信访处京公办（信/访）字541723号的信访件，内容是反映东城分局东交民巷派出所违反警务纪律，称我所民警把当事人送回南京后，伪造证据，残害上访人员。

经调查，当事人居小玲(320***)于2011年2月2日晚以给温总理拜年为名进行上访，后被我所、东城公安分局治安支队和市公安局治安总队一同送到久敬庄救助中心登记输机，当事人居小玲确实存在上访行为，我所民警并没有伪造证据，同时，当事人被南京公安机关拘留，对于拘留是否合法，应向当地公安机关反映情况，不应向北京公安机关反映情况。

Dongjiaominxiang Police Station’s reply to Beijing Public Office (Letter/Visit) Zi No. 541723
On November 1, 2011, our office received a letter from the Municipal Bureau’s Letters and Visits Department Jinggongban (Letter/Visit) No. 541723, which reflected that the Dongjiaominxiang Police Station of the Dongcheng Sub-bureau violated police discipline, saying that the police of our office sent the client back to Nanjing After that, forged evidence and killed petitioners.

After investigation, the client, Ju Xiaoling (320***), appealed on the evening of February 2, 2011 in the name of paying New Year greetings to Premier Wen, and was sent to him by our firm, the Public Security Detachment of Dongcheng Public Security Bureau, and the Public Security Corps of Municipal Public Security Bureau. Jiujingzhuang Rescue Center registered and transported the plane. The client, Ju Xiaoling, did indeed petition. The police in our office did not falsify evidence. At the same time, the client was detained by the Nanjing Public Security Bureau. As for whether the detention is legal, the situation should be reported to the local public security department. The Beijing public security organ reported the situation.
