警保部部长王健伍实地查看金阳民警商品房施工建设情况

7月28日，为掌握金阳民警商品房工程施工进展情况，厅警务保障部部长王健伍与副部长彭容江来到施工现场，现场查看商品房内部装修及小区外环境施工情况，了解工程进度，并就商品房工程收尾阶段的注意事项向施工现场负责人提出要求。
在施工已经接近尾声的商品房施工现场，王健伍一行听取了该项目质量监督总顾问，前建工集团总工程师黄志祥与项目经理郭德雄对工程进度的介绍，实地查看了C1栋、C10栋、B7栋的内部装修，以及小区网球场和游泳池等附属设施的建设情况。
在与施工项目现场负责人交谈时，王健伍指出，金阳商品房是厅党委为了解决民警住房困难问题、落实从优待警政策的警心工程，也是省厅的重点工程建设项目。项目建设期间，省委常委、政法委书记、公安厅长崔亚东同志，厅党委副书记、常务副厅长王泽洪同志等厅领导多次亲赴工地进行视察，并就工程的安全、质量和进度提出要求，足见厅党委对项目的高度重视。王健伍强调，目前该工程已经进入收尾阶段，希望施工方一如既往地重视工程质量，着力抓好以下工作：
一是搞好小区室外工程建设。商品房室外环境设计及绿化工程同样是体现小区质量和档次的工程，希望施工方花心思、动脑筋，将室外工程打造成小区的一大亮点。
二是搞好小区附属设施建设。施工方一定要确保小区各栋大楼走廊、电梯井、地下室和地下停车场等内部工程的质量，使“看不见的地方”拥有与“看得见的地方”一样的优良质量。
三是搞好小区配套设施建设。为了给民警提供舒适的生活环境，该小区建设了会所和游泳池等配套设施。施工方在建造这些设施时，不但要确保内部的质量和功能的实用性，还要考虑外部的美观性，要充分体现出设计的匠心和小区的档次。
四是加快施工进度，保证工程质量，将该项目建成优质工程，让厅党委放心，让广大民警满意。

At the commercial housing construction site where the construction is coming to an end, Wang Jianwu and his entourage listened to the introduction of the progress of the project by Huang Zhixiang, the chief consultant of the project quality supervision, former chief engineer of China Construction Engineering Group, and Guo Dexiong, the project manager, and inspected the construction of Building C1, Building C10 and Building B7 Interior decoration, and the construction of ancillary facilities such as tennis courts and swimming pools in the community.
When talking with the person in charge of the construction project site, Wang Jianwu pointed out that Jinyang commercial housing is a police project of the party committee of the department to solve the housing difficulties of the police and implement the policy of preferential treatment of the police, and it is also a key construction project of the provincial department. During the construction of the project, Comrade Cui Yadong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Director of the Public Security Department, Comrade Wang Zehong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department, and Comrade Wang Zehong, the executive deputy director of the department, visited the construction site many times in person, and made proposals on the safety, quality and progress of the project. The request shows that the party committee of the department attaches great importance to the project. Wang Jianwu emphasized that the project has now entered the final stage, and hoped that the construction party will continue to pay attention to the quality of the project and focus on the following tasks:
One is to do a good job in the construction of outdoor projects in the community. The outdoor environment design and greening project of commercial housing are also projects that reflect the quality and grade of the community. It is hoped that the construction party will spend time and brains to make the outdoor project a highlight of the community.
The second is to do a good job in the construction of auxiliary facilities in the community. The construction party must ensure the quality of internal projects such as the corridors, elevator shafts, basements and underground parking lots of each building in the community, so that the “invisible places” have the same excellent quality as the “visible places”.
The third is to do a good job in the construction of supporting facilities in the community. In order to provide a comfortable living environment for the police, the community has built supporting facilities such as a clubhouse and a swimming pool. When constructing these facilities, the construction party must not only ensure the internal quality and functional practicability, but also consider the external aesthetics, fully reflecting the ingenuity of the design and the grade of the community.
The fourth is to speed up the construction progress, ensure the quality of the project, and build the project into a high-quality project, so that the party committee of the department can rest assured and the policemen can be satisfied.
