前中国媒体人赵兰健9月中已爆料说，已知出事的军工要员包括：中国兵器集团董事长刘石泉、中国航天科工集团董事长袁洁、中国兵器装备集团总经理陈国瑛和3月才被免的原中国航空工业集团董事长谭瑞松，据传他们均被中纪委带走。
这些人如果被调查，其前任也可能被牵出。
袁洁是二十届中央候补委员、国际宇航科学院院士，曾任中国航天科技集团总经理，与吴燕生搭档过。其现任中国航天科工集团有限公司党组书记、董事长，兼任中国载人航天工程副总指挥。
