蒋超良(1957年8月1日—),男,汉族,湖南岳阳市汨罗市人。长期追随王岐山的秘书周亮是湖南永州市人。蒋超良是王岐山秘书周亮的湖南老乡。湖南岳阳市汨罗市距离湖南永州市380公里。在农行工作期间,蒋超良受到副行长戴相龙的赏识。1995年6月,戴相龙出任中国人民银行行长。1996年,蒋超良调任央行银行司副司长。1997年,亚洲金融危机爆发后,蒋超良先后被派往人民银行深圳分行和广州分行担任行长,协助时任中共广东省委常委、常务副省长王岐山,处置问题金融机构风险。2000年6月,任中国人民银行行长助理、党委委员兼办公厅主任、党委办公室主任、工会工作委员会主任,成为戴相龙的助手。

Zhou Liang, the secretary who has been following Wang Qishan for a long time, is from Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. Jiang Chaoliang is a fellow Hunan fellow of Wang Qishan’s secretary Zhou Liang. Miluo City, Yueyang City, Hunan Province is 380 kilometers away from Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. While working at the Agricultural Bank of China, Jiang Chaoliang was appreciated by Vice President Dai Xianglong. In June 1995, Dai Xianglong became governor of the People’s Bank of China. In 1996, Jiang Chaoliang was transferred to deputy director of the Banking Department of the Central Bank. In 1997, after the outbreak of the Asian financial crisis, Jiang Chaoliang was sent to serve as president of the Shenzhen Branch and Guangzhou Branch of the People’s Bank of China, assisting Wang Qishan, then member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee and Executive Vice Governor, to deal with the risks of problematic financial institutions. In June 2000, he served as Assistant to the President of the People’s Bank of China, Member of the Party Committee and Director of the General Office, Director of the Party Committee Office, Director of the Trade Union Working Committee, and became Dai Xianglong’s assistant.
