各省、自治区、直辖市公安消防总队：
为认真总结天津市蓟县莱德商厦“6·30”重大亡人火灾教训，贯彻落实部领导的重要指示精神，全力做好党的十八大期间消防安全保卫工作，坚决预防重特大火灾事故，公安部消防局决定召开天津市蓟县莱德商厦“6·30”重大亡人火灾事故通报电视电话会议。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、会议时间
7月3日（星期二）16时，时间约1个小时。
二、会议地点
公安部消防局设主会场；总队设分会场。
三、会议议程
会议由公安部消防局杨建民政委主持。
（一）天津市公安消防总队王子岗总队长发言；
（二）马恩强处长通报火灾情况；
（三）陈伟明局长讲话。
四、有关要求
与会人员统一着夏常服、不戴帽。
各地接此通知后，请认真做好会议安排和相关准备工作。

All provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government’s public security and fire brigades:
In order to conscientiously summarize the lessons learned from the “6.30” major fire accidents in the Ryder Commercial Building in Jixian County, Tianjin, implement the spirit of the important instructions of the leadership of the Ministry, do our best to do a good job in fire safety and security during the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and resolutely prevent major fire accidents, The Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security decided to hold a video and telephone conference on the “6.30” fire accident notification of major fatalities in the Ryder Commercial Building in Jixian County, Tianjin. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
- Meeting time
At 16:00 on July 3 (Tuesday), the time is about 1 hour.
- Meeting place
The Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security sets up the main venue; the headquarter sets up branch venues.
- Agenda
The meeting was chaired by Yang Jianmin, the political commissar of the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security.
(1) Chief Wang Zigang of the Tianjin Public Security Fire Brigade made a speech;
(2) Director Ma Enqiang reported the fire situation;
(3) Speech by Director Chen Weiming.
- Relevant requirements
The participants were uniformed in summer uniforms and did not wear hats.
After receiving this notice, all localities should carefully arrange the meeting and make relevant preparations.
